英文教师聘请合同范本

EmploymentContractforEnglishTeacher

ThisEmploymentContract(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Contract")ismadeandenteredintoonthis[date],(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"EffectiveDate")byandbetween:

[School/OrganizationName],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[address],representedby[nameanddesignation](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employer"),and

[EnglishTeacher'sName],residingat[address](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employee").

WHEREAS,theEmployerintendstohiretheEmployeeasanEnglishTeacher,andtheEmployeeagreestoacceptsuchemploymentsubjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.

1.PositionandDuties:

1.1TheEmployeeshallbeemployedasanEnglishTeacherat[school/organizationname].

1.2TheEmployeeshallperformthefollowingduties:

a)PrepareanddeliverEnglishlessonstostudents.

b)Developandimplementacurriculumthatmeetstheeducationalneedsofthestudents.

c)Assessandevaluatestudents'progressregularly.

d)Participateinstaffmeetingsandprofessionaldevelopmentactivitiesasrequired.

e)Maintainaccuraterecordsofstudents'attendance,grades,andperformance.

2.TermofEmployment:

2.1ThisContractshallbeeffectivefromtheEffectiveDateandshallcontinueuntil[terminationdate].

2.2EitherpartymayterminatethisContractbyproviding[noticeperiod]writtennoticetotheotherparty.

3.CompensationandBenefits:

3.1TheEmployeeshallbepaidamonthlysalaryof[amount]on[paymentdate].

3.2TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewiththefollowingbenefits:

a)Healthinsurancecoverage.

b)Paidvacationdaysaspertheschool/organizationpolicy.

c)ProfessionaldevelopmentopportunitiesasapprovedbytheEmployer.

4.Confidentiality:

4.1TheEmployeeacknowledgesthatduringthecourseofemployment,theymayhaveaccesstoconfidentialinformationbelongingtotheEmployeroritsstudents.

4.2TheEmployeeagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofsuchinformationandshallnotdiscloseittoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

5.Non-Competition:

5.1DuringthetermofthisContractandforaperiodof[duration]afteritstermination,theEmployeeshallnotengageinanyemploymentorbusinessactivitythatcompeteswiththeEmployer'sinterestswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction:

6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[jurisdiction].

6.2AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughamicablenegotiations.Ifthepartiesfailtoreacharesolution,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[jurisdiction].

7.EntireAgreement:

7.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriordiscussions,negotiations,andagreements,whetheroralorwritten,relatingtothesubjectmatterhereof.

INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartiesheretohaveexecutedthisE
