辅导员作为高校心理健康教育的主要推动者之一，承担着引领学生心理健康成长的重要责任。然而，传统的辅导员工作方式存在一些问题，如缺乏系统的心理健康知识、处理问题的能力有限、面临学生心理问题应对时不够及时和有效等。因此，探索新的创新模式，提高辅导员的工作效果和质量，就显得尤为重要和迫切。
