CreatePatientTransfersFolder

Intheleftpane,expandTomoRemote.

HighlightTomoRemoteDCandselecttheConsoletab.

ClickSendCtrl-Ael.

Loginusingtherpadminaccount.

OpenWindow plorer.

NavigatetotheE:\tomo\exportsfolder.

CreateafoldernamedPatientTransfers.

CloseallwindowsandlogoffofTomoRemoteDC.

HighlightUSBfromthelistandclickDeactivate.

ClickDetach.

RemoveyourflashdrivefromtheRSSnode.

ObtainLicenseFile

ObtainaccesstoacomputerwithInternetaccessandinsertyourflashdrive.

OpenOutlookandcreateanwiththesubjectPDTLicenseRequest.

Attachthelicenserequestfileandsendtos .

SavethelicensekeyyouobtainfromtheTechnicalSolutionsCentertoyourflashdrive.

InstallPDTLicenseKeyFile

InsertyourflashdriveintotheRSSnode.

LaunchXenCenterfromtheservicelaptop.

Intheleftpane,right-click0andclickConnect.

HighlighttheappropriateRPSandselecttheStoragetab.

ClickAttachonthetopofthescreen.

SelectyourUSBdrivefromthelist,andclickAttach.

SelecttheConsoletab.

StayloggedintoRPS1.

AcquireMachineArchives

AcquireMachineArchiveFilefromSystem1RPS1

ThissectionneedstobecompletedontheRPSwhereyoujustlicensedPDT.

ThismachinearchivefoldercreatedinthesestepswilllaterbecopiedontotheSystem2RPS.

LaunchtheDMSsoftware.

Note:EachtimetheDMSapplicationisstarted,anewmachinearchivefolderiscreatedintheC:\tomo\exports\machinefolder.Thenewlycreatedfolderisnamedwiththecurrentdateandtime-stamp.

OpenWindow plorerandnavigatetoC:\tomo\exports\machine.

Verifythatyouseeafolderwithadate/timestampthatcorrespondstowhenyoulaunchedDMS:

dms.XXXX. .143657

Makealocalcopythelatestfoldercreated,andrenameitSystem1.DMS.

CopyC:\tomo\export\machine\System1.DMStoyourflashdrive.

SelecttheStoragetab.

SelecttheUSBdrivefromthelistandclickDeactivate.

ClickDetach.

RemoveyourflashdrivefromtheRSSnode.

AcquireMachineArchiveFilefromSystem2RPS1

RepeatSections2.2through2.5onSystem2,substitutingSystem2forSystem1.

CopyMachineArchives

InsertyourflashdriveintotheRSSnode.

LaunchXenCenterfromtheservicelaptop.
