本质安全防爆测温系统用热电偶补偿电缆Extensioncableusedinthermocoupleforintrinsicallysafeexplosion-prooftemperaturetestingsystem一、产品特点及用途补偿电缆由一定数量的对绞式补偿线对或屏蔽补偿线对绞合成缆，然后包覆屏蔽层、护套、铠装层等。其中各补偿线对的型号、规格、级别和结构尺寸一般是相同的，当有特殊要求时，亦可由不同的补偿线对组成补偿电缆。补偿线对均采用绞合型式，屏蔽层按材料可分为铜线或镀锡铜线编织屏蔽、铝塑复合带绕包屏蔽、铜塑复合带绕包屏蔽、铜带绕包屏蔽，按结构可分为“总屏蔽”和“分对屏蔽加总屏蔽”的型式，可根据防干扰的要求选用。补偿电缆用以延伸一定区域内诸热电偶的冷端与各显示仪表连接构成测温系统。本质安全防爆测温系统用热电偶补偿电缆是由多对本质安全防爆测温系统用补偿导线组合而成的电缆。其特征与本质安全防爆系统用补偿导线相同。本安补偿电缆用于将多个防爆热电偶冷端延伸一定距离与显示仪表连接构成本质安全防爆测温系统。Ⅰ.CharacteristicsandapplicationItisstrandedwithacertainnumberoftwistedextensionwirepairsorshieldextensionwirepairs,coveredwithshieldlayers,sheathedandarmouredlayers.Thetype,specification,classandstructuresizesofextensionwirepairsaregenerallysame.Whenaspecialrequirementisgiven,thecablecanalsobeformedbydifferentextensionwirepairs.Therearemanykindsofshieldfortwistedextensionwirepairssuchascopperwireortinplatedcopperwirebraidshield,compositealuminium-plastictapeswrapshield,compositecopper-plastictapewrappedshield,coppertapesshield,“generalshield”and“subplusgeneralshield”.Itispossibletoselecttheshieldaccordingtorequirementsofinterferenceprevention.ExtensionCableisusedtoextendcoldclampsofthermocoupleandconnectsthemwithinstruments,whichformstemperature-testingsystem.ExtensionCableusedinthermocoupleforintrinsicallysafeexplosion-prooftemperaturetestingsystemconsistsofmultiple-pairsofextensionwire.Inthatcase,thecharacteristicsofthecablearejustthesameasthoseofthewireusedforintrinsicallysafeexplosion-prooftemperaturetestingsystem.Intrinsicallysafeextensioncableextendscoldclampsofexplosion-proofthermocoupleforacertaindistancetoconnectinstruments,whichformsintrinsicallysafeexplosion-prooftemperature-testingsystem.二、产品执行标准
