system施工方法:每层模块粘贴组合交圈处出现的非整块,应使用模块切割器按所需要的形状和规格现场加工,按标准完成交圈处的企口插接组合,不得用手锯切割模块和平口对接缝组合。Construction

seam.防火隔离带(泡沫玻璃模块):沿门窗上口水平方向交圈设置,高度300mm,厚度与模块等同,与基层墙体无空腔粘贴,并用直径不小于5mm、间距不大于500mm的金属镀锌锚栓加强;锚栓距防火隔离带端头不应大于100mm。厚抹灰防护面层,可取消防火隔离带,但应将门窗上口内侧复合墙体的外露端头,用厚度不小于20mm的泡沫玻璃板密闭覆盖。二、外保温建筑节能体系Second,

module将模块经积木式相互错缝插接拼装成现浇混凝土墙体的夹芯保温层,将金属热镀锌电焊网固定在连接桥外侧端头的预制卡槽内,再通过连接桥和组合配件将内外两侧模板连接和紧固,形成模块外侧有50mm、内侧有符合结构墙体厚度的两道空腔模板组合。在结构墙体空腔内,按设计要求置入钢筋,浇筑混凝土,待混凝土达到拆模临界强度,拆除墙体内外两侧模板,构成模块外侧有50mm厚的现浇防护面层、内侧有符合结构墙体厚度的、具有保温承重和满足不燃烧体防火要求的现浇混凝土夹芯保温复合墙体。夹芯保温现浇系统选用表观密度30kg/m3的模块做保温层。外侧的50mm自密实现浇混凝土防护面层内,电焊网网丝2.0~2.2mm、网格50mm×50mm,保护层厚15mm。现浇混凝土外墙外保温建筑节能体系----EPS模块夹芯保温Situ
