Date:15/03/200618:05:00Page9of12<Company>-Contract-在未经酒店书面同意的前提下，活动组织者不得使用任何Regent上海所持有的名称、商标等专利形象标识。酒店方面也不能擅自使用组织者的姓名、商标以及其他专利形象标识。RemovalorDisposalofFunctionRelatedItems改动或者消除活动相关条款ThePatronshallberesponsibleforremovingallleftoverdecorations,materials,propsandotherfunctionrelateditems.Ifanyitemsarenotdisposedoffimmediatelyafterthefunction,theHotelreservestherighttoremovethemwithnoclaim.AnycostincurredbytheHotelindisposingoftheitemswillbechargedtoThePatron.赞助方应该负责清理残余的装饰物、材料以及其他相关的项目。如果在活动之后有任何物品没有被及时搬运清理的话，酒店将保留不经声明而自行处理的权利。任何在清除过程中产生的费用将会向赞助方收取。RoomSetup房间设施IncompliancewiththeFireandSafetyRegulations,pleasebeadvisedthatshouldtherebeanypropserected,metalstructuresortrusshangingfromtheceilingorextensivelightingandaudio/visualequipmentrequiringmorethan30Amp,3-phase400-voltpowersupply,alayoutplanandsingle-linedrawingcertifiedbyalicensedworkerorprofessionalengineermustbesubmittedtotheHotelthreeweekspriortoyourfunction.为了跟防火安全规定相一致，请确保应该竖立一些警示牌，灯具和音/视频设备需要大于30安培、3相300伏的电力供应，在活动开始前3周应该制作好一份详细的工程布局计划，专业的工程师必须全部到位。PleasenotethatnoworkisallowedtobecarriedoutintheHotel'spremiseswhentheseplansarenotsubmittedbecausetheHotelcannotbeheldliableforthesafetyoftemporarypowerinstallationandstructures.请注意在没有酒店准许的前提下，不要擅自行事，因为酒店不能保证电力设施的安全性。Important:PleasealsonotethatheliumballoonsarestrictlynotallowedintheRegent/GrandBallroom.重要：同样要引起注意的是，在多功能厅室内严禁使用氦气球。Allsignagesshouldbeprofessionallyprintedandsignagedisplayisrestrictedtothefunctionspacereserved.Bannerordisplayitemsmaynotbeaffixedtoanystationarywall,floororceilingwithnails,staples,tapesofallsortsoranyothersubstanceunlessapprovedbythehotelmanagement.Client'sInitialHotel'sRepresentativeClient'sInitialHotel'sRepresentativeDate:15/03/200618:05:00Page10of12<Company>-Contract-所有标识都应该被印制得很专业。除非是经过酒店管理层的准许，任何旗帜或者播放器材不能被固定在墙体、地板或者天花板上。Forusageofpyrotechnics,approvalshouldbeobtainedfromthehotelmanagementandalsoawrittenapprovalfromtheFireSafetyBureau.Organizerstoensurethatthereareextractionfansinstalledtoremovefumesformthepyrotechnicdisplay.如果要使用烟火的话，必须经过酒店管理层批准，同时也必须获得消防安全机构的书面批准。组织者要确保有抽风机来吹散烟火燃放中产生的烟雾。LossorDamage丢失或损坏TheHotelwillnotberesponsibleforanydamage(s)orloss(es)ofmerchandise,equipmentorvaluablesleftintheHotel'spremisesprior,duringorafterafunction.Itemsofvalueshouldbeinsuredbyorganiseroftheevent.在活动进行中和活动之后，酒店方将不承担任何物件、设备或者贵重物品的丢失或损坏的责任。活动组织者应该对贵重物品投保。SoundLevel音量Thehotelreservestherighttomanagethemusicvolume.酒店保留调节音乐音量的权利。FireAlarm火警Thehotelreservestherighttosuitablecompensationshouldtheorganiserortheirappointedrepresentativesuseanymaterialswhichwouldtriggeroffthehotel'sfirealarm.如果活动组织者或者他们委托的代表人使用任何引起酒店火警的材料，酒店将保留索赔的权利。Pleaseensurethatwhilstworksarebeingcarriedoutinthehotelpremises,theorganiserortheirrepresentativesshouldinformthehotelinwritingifsmokegunsoranyflammablematerialsareusedatanytime.当工人在酒店从事工作时，组织者或者他们的代表应该用书面的形式知会酒店方有无采用类似烟枪之类的易燃物。Thehotelreservestherighttodisallowuseofequipmentthatrepresentahazardorflammablerisk.10Client'sInitialHotel'sRepresentativeDate:15/03/200618:05:00Page11of12<Company>-Contract-酒店保留禁止使用易燃物或危险品设备的权利。ForceMajeureClause不可抗力条款TheperformanceofthisagreementbyeitherpartyissubjecttoactsofGod,war,governmentregulation,disaster,strikes,civildisorder,curtailmentoftransportationfacilities,orotheremergenciesmakingitinadvisable,illegalorimpossibletoprovidethefacilitiesortoholdthemeeting/convention.这份协议的执行如果遭遇宗教、战争、政府、疾病、游行、内乱、交通、或者其他不可预见的突发情况，可能会造成活动不能按时进行。Itisprovidedthatthisagreementmaybeterminatedforanyoneormoreofsuchreasonsbywrittennoticefromonepartytotheother.如果遭遇以上各种情况（不限于此），双方要以书面形式通知对方终止活动。Anycontroversyofclaimarisingoutof,orrelatingtocancellationofthiscontractforthesolepurposeofholdingthesaidfacilitiesblockinanothercityorhotelfacility,shallbesettledbyarbitration.如果因为取消这份协议中因为设施不能按时到位而引起的任何争论，需要请仲裁部门来进行仲裁。ImpossibilitiesofPerformanceThisagreementwillterminatewithoutliabilitytoeitherpartyifsubstantialperformanceofeitherparty'sobligationsisdelayed,impededorpreventedbyanycausereasonablybeyondthatparty'scontrol.Suchcausesinclude,butarenotlimitedtoactsofGod,regulationsorordersofgovernmentauthorities,fire,floodorexplosion,globalwar,disaster,civildisorder,curtailmentoftransportationfacilities,orotheremergencymakingitinadvisable,illegalorotherimpossibletoholdanyconferenceormeeting.如果有一方未能履行协议中规定的职责，那么本协议将可以在不承担任何责任的情况下终止。这样的情况包括但不仅限于：宗教、战争、政府、疾病、游行、内乱、交通、或者其他不可预见的突发情况。DeliveryofMaterials物料递送AlldeliveryanddisposalofmaterialsmustbedoneviaHotelSecurityDepartment.Packagesforthefunctionmaybedeliveredtothehotel3dayspriortothefunctiondatewithnotificationin11Client'sInitialHotel'sRepresentativeDate:15/03/200618:05:00Page12of12<Company>-ContractwritinggiventotheCateringSalesDepartment.Thefollowinginf
