1.Wehavethefirston-sitereviewon2ndNov.inShenzhenFactory.LEDVANCEreviewteamhaveanoverallreviewforthewholeprocessofproduction.Therearesomeproblemsinmaterials,inproductiontobesolved.Andthedetailsisintheattachment.2.Thesecondison11thNov.inShenzhenFactoryagain.Wemainlychecktheproblemsfoundinlastreviews.TheresultisthatLHhaveshutdowntheproblemsanddomanyimprovementsinthehelpofLEDVANCE.3.Thethirdison24~25thNov.inHuizhouFactory.LEDVANCEreviewteamhaveanoverallreviewforthisnewfactory,andstillfoundthattherearetoomuchtobeimprovedthoughitistotallydifferentfromthebeginningone.

LHprovidemanyimprovemntsmeasurementsbasedonthesuggestionofLEDVANCE.1.Afterqualitymeetings,LHprovideafoundationqualityimprovementsreport.Itprovidesomemeasurementsfromdifferentprocess--thedesignprocessfornewproducts/qualityofingmaterials/theproductionprocess/shippingmanagementprocess.2.ThenLEDVANCEandLHhaveameetingtodiscussthereport.AndLHisaskedtoprovideadetailedimprovementplan.AndLHtakeactionsaccordingtotheplan.

3.Afterthefirstreview,LHtakedowntheproblemsandaskrelateddepartmenttomakeimprovementsimmeadiatelyandprovidetheduedate.Itshouldbefinishedontime.4.Thesecondreviewismainlytocheckiftheproblemsareshutinduedate.Manyproblemsfoundinthefirstreviewhavebeenimprovedandsomeotherproblemsisfoundtobeimproved.Wetakedetailedactionstoimprove.
5.Huizhoufactoryisarelativelynewproductionsite.BothofLEDVANCEandLonghornpaycloseattentiontoit,soaftertwo-timesreviewfortheShenzhen,weprovidethefoundproblemstoHuizhouQualitydepartmenttomakeanoverallself-checkbythemselves.Itworks,thesameproblemsarelessthoughtherearemanytoimprove.LEDVANCEreviewteamgiveLonghornalotofsuggestionstohelpustoimproveinmanyaspects.WeappreciatethehelpofLEDVANCEverymuch.Year
