概述………2功能及特点………………2技术指标…………………3工作原理…………………3操作说明安装说明其他注意事项L110其他注意事项L110CONTENTS1TOC\o"1-5"\h\z\o"CurrentDocument"Summarize 11\o"CurrentDocument"Functionandcharacteristic 11\o"CurrentDocument"Technologyindex 13Operatingprinciple 13Handleexplanation 15Assembleexplanation 22Othermattersneedingattention 23钻机游车高度数显防碰仪使用说明书概述钻机游车高度数显防碰仪是在吸收了国内外电子行业微电脑控制方面的先进技术基础上,以人机智能化控制程序,并结合各油田现场的特殊环境而研制开发设计的。可显示油车运行的位置高度,提供上防碰预警信号,还增加了大钩运行速度、时间显示等功能,来保证大钩在设定的区域内安全运行。功能及特点•实时显示大钩相对于钻台面的高度,同时用模拟高度直观的显示大钩所处的位置。当大钩达到设定的预警高度时,进行声光报警,当达到设定的防碰高度的时候,在声光报警的同时,还提供刹车控制信号。采用大尺寸的LCD显示屏,显示运行的高度值。采用中英文两种语言显示,友好的人机界面,可使用户根据屏上的提示,快速操作和正确使用仪表。除了显示高度外,还提供了时间显示和钩速显示,为司钻提供便利。采用了不锈钢触摸键盘,美观大方,防水密封,操作可靠,寿命长,故障少。采用拉纹不锈钢作为面版,整体效果好,美观大方。•传感器采用特殊电路和机械加工,工作稳定。技术指标•咼度显示范围:-4z40.00米•模拟显示范围:-4~35.00米•防碰咼度设定范围:0~35.00米•预警距离设定范围:2~9米防碰输出:DC24V输入电源:AC200V±15%50z60HZ•功率消耗:<15W•使用温度范围:-20°C-80°C工作原理钻机游车咼度数显防碰仪是石油钻机大钩运行咼度指示与防碰控制的自动监控装置。微电脑控制器可以通过输入的初始参数:滚筒直径、滚筒有效长度、钢丝绳直径、滑轮组数,计算出滚筒每层平均缠绳圈数。通过输入的操作参数:初始层数和初始层圈数,以及由传感器得到滚筒的角位移计算出滚筒旋转当前缠绳直径下大钩的运行行程。初始状态,微电脑控制器要求输入大钩在钻台面咼度下滚筒轴上的钢丝绳层和圈数,传感器采集滚筒角位移信号,输入中央控制器的微电脑芯片,经过计算后,得到大钩的运行咼度,并在柱状液晶与字符液晶屏中显示即时的模拟与数字的大钩咼度,且与事先已设定上防碰咼度比较,当到达报警线时开始报警,到达上防碰位置时给电-气控制阀发出接通信号,电-气控制阀导通控制防碰机构动作,实现防碰安全操作。操作说明1•开机连接好传感器电缆和电源电缆,按“电源”键,打开,如下图:语言选择LanguagechoiceT:中文Chinese專:英文English看到上面的画面时,按上键或着下键,选择需要的语言。2•正常工作界面语言选择完后,就进入了正常的工作界面,如下图:O―03月閃日恤00両7高度二power-00.00米CTUpf钩速f0*00米/秒丨Q)1檢定'L屮set
