对外开放度对中医药健康服务业海外投资的影响【摘要】随着世界经济一体化深入发展，企业进行海外投资愈加频繁，世界经济联系愈发紧密。国家对中医药健康服务业的重视，中医药健康服务的需求在世界上不断增长，中医药产业结构的不断调整，“一带一路”沿线国家的贸易合作越来越紧密，使中医药健康服务业逐渐成为中国医药企业的海外投资热点。中医药健康服务业进行海外投资受多方面影响，而本文探究对外开放度对其的影响，因此首先分析了2000-2018年的中国对外开放度情况；其次，对我国中医药健康服务业的海外投资现状进行了梳理；继而，又分析了我国中医药健康服务业海外投资的主要形式；通过构建面板回归模型，运用实证方法，分析对外开放度对中医药健康服务业海外投资的影响。结果表明，长期内贸易开放度提高能够促进我国中医药健康服务业的海外投资，而投资开放度和服务贸易开放度可以在短期内促进我国中医药健康服务业的海外投资；贸易开放度和我国中医药健康服务业海外投资额之间互为强格兰杰原因，贸易开放度的变化对我国中医药健康服务业海外投资额有较强影响，但投资开放度和服务贸易开放度与我国中医药健康服务业海外投资额之间互为弱格兰杰因果关系；贸易开放度和投资开放度的变动受自身影响较大，受中医药健康服务业海外投资的影响较小。随后根据实证分析的结果，提出了相关的政策意见。【关键词】对外开放度；中医药；健康服务业；对外投资ImpactofOpennessonTraditionalChineseMedicineHealthServiceIndustryInvestment[Abstract]Withthedeepeningdevelopmentofworldeconomicintegration,companiesaremakingmorefrequentoverseasinvestmentsandtheworld’seconomictiesaregettingcloser.ThecountryattachesgreatimportancetotheChinesemedicinehealthserviceindustry,thedemandforChinesemedicinehealthserviceisgrowingintheworld,thestructureoftheChinesemedicineindustryiscontinuouslyadjusted,andthetradecooperationamongthecountriesalongthe“BeltandRoad”isgettingcloserandcloser,makingtheChinesemedicinehealthserviceindustryIthasgraduallybecomeahotspotforoverseasinvestmentbyChinesepharmaceuticalcompanies.TheoverseasinvestmentoftheChinesemedicinehealthserviceindustryisaffectedbymanyaspects,andthisarticleexplorestheimpactofthedegreeofopeninguptotheoutsideworld.Therefore,itfirstanalyzesthesituationofChina'sopeninguptotheoutsideworldfrom2000to2018;Thecurrentinvestmentsituationissortedout.Then,themainformsofoverseasinvestmentofChinesetraditionalmedicineandhealthserviceindustryinChinaareanalyzed;again,theobstaclestooverseasinvestmentofChinesetraditionalmedicineenterprisesinChinaareanalyzed.Byconstructingapanelregressionmodel,empiricalmethodsareusedtoanalyzeopeningInfluenceonoverseasinvestmentoftheChinesemedicinehealthserviceindustry.Theresultsshowthatinthelongrun,increasedtradeopennesscanpromoteoverseasinvestmentinChina'sTCMhealthserviceindustry,whileinvestmentopennessandservicetradeopennesscanpromoteChina'soverseasinvestmentinChina'sTCMhealthserviceindustryintheshortterm;tradeopennessThereasonwhythedegreeofforeigninvestmentinChina’straditionalChinesemedicinehealthserviceindustryisstrong.ThechangeinthedegreeoftradeopennesshasastrongimpactontheamountofoverseasinvestmentinChina’straditionalChinesemedicinehealthserviceindustry.DegreeandtheoverseasinvestmentofChina'straditionalChinesemedicinehealthserviceindustryareweakGrangerreasons;changesinChina'stradeopennessandinvestmentopennessmainlycomefromitsowninertia,andarelessaffectedbyoverseasinvestmentofthetraditionalChinesemedicinehealthserviceindustry.Subsequently,basedontheresultsofempiricalanalysis,relevantopinionswereputforward.[Keywords]Opennes
