presentedittothecoupleattheGeorgiaTinyHouseFestivalinEatontonattheLavenderFarm.

Thecouplewasoverwhelmedwithdelightuponseeingtheirnewhome.Andtheyweresurprisedtohearthat

thisprojectwasinitiatedbyschoolchildren.Thestudentshadstartedconstructingthetinyhouseayearbeforebut

couldnotpresentittotheBrowningsbecausetheydidn'thaveaplacetolegallyputit.Thankfully,theGeorgia

TinyHouseFestivalandLavenderFarmsorganizersheardabouttheirdilemmaandallowedthemtoputitonthe

farm.

Thegroups'actofkindnessdidn'tstopthere.Theyalsoassistedthekidsinaddingelectricity,plumbing,and

alargerextensiontothehome.Eventually,whatstartedoutasareallytinyhomewithonlysleepingbags,supplies,

andapropaneheatergrewbiggerthananyonehadeverimagined.

Thespiritofgenerosityfurtherspreadaround.Soon,donors,corporatesponsors,andvolunteersbegan

pitchingtofillthehousewithappliancesandmakeitlivablefortheBrownings.Theprojectwassosuccessfulthat

theElmStreetElementarySchoolpledgedtobuildanewhouseeachyearforafamilywhoneededit.Theyeven

haveamottofortheirmission:"tinyhouse,bigdreams.”
