thatMITwastherightuniversityforme.Thepassionatestudentsandboundlessopportunitiesdevelopedafeelingof
belonginginmethatledmetoapplyandeventuallygetaccepted.
ThemostexcitingandfulfillingpartofbeinganengineeristhatIamabletoworkonprojectsthatbenefit
humanity.Whenpeoplethinkofthespaceindustry,theypicturetheouterreachesofoursolarsystem.Whattheymay
notimagineisthegreatbodyofworkbeingdonetostudyourownhome-Earth.Iamthankfultohaveacareerthat
allowsmetocommitmyselftothatresponsibility.
ThehighlightofmycareerhasbeenwitnessingtheendoftheCassinimissiontoSaturn.Someofthepeopleon
theteamhadbeenworkingonthemissionforlongerthanIhadbeenalive,buttheystilltreatedmeasoneoftheir
