SECSsangyongEngeeringStandard双龙工程标准ELECTRONICCONTROLUNITCOMPONENTTESTPROCEDURE电子控制元件组件试验程序SESE001-04ISSUEDDATE:1996.12.23发行日期:1996.12.23REVISEDDATE:2005.11.02修改日期:2005.11.02VERSION1版本:1CopyrightSsangyongMotorCompany.Allrightsreserved双龙汽车公司拥有版权并保留所有权利PUBLISHEDBYENGINEERINGSTANDARDSECRETARIATTECHNICALCENTER工程标准秘书处技术中心出版SsangyongMotorCompany双龙汽车公司SMP-13-004(4.)ELECTRONICCONTROLUNITCOMPONENTTESTPROCEDURESESE001-04PAGE:1/10电子控制元件组件检测程序页码:1/10Scope范围Thisstandardshallspecifythegeneralrequirement,performancesandtestproceduresforelectroniccontrolunit(hereinafterreferredtoasCU?applyingtoSYMCautomobiles(hereinafterreferredtoasthecompany?此标准应该针对电子控制元件设定大体要求、操作和检测程序(下文中CU是指SYMC汽车(下文是指公司?2.Technicalapproval技术批准Forthespecificationnotshowninthedrawing,thepartmanufacturershallpreparethedetailedspecificationandobtaintheapprovalfromtheDesignteampriortosubmission.因图样中未显示零件规格,故零件生产商应准备详细的规格并在提交前获得设计部许可。2.1LegalConformance法律一致性Thestandardshallsatisfywiththelocalspecification-relatedlawsandregulationsindicatedinthedrawingandspecification.该标准应如图样和规格所示满足当地相关规格的法律法规。2.2RelatedSpecification相关规格Itshallbeaprinciplethatapplicationoftherelatedspecificationisbasedonthefinaldrawing.原则应为相关规格的应用应以最终图样为基准2.3.BasicPerformance基本性能2.3.1OperatingVoltageTestbyTerminal终端操作电压测试1)InputTerminalTest输入终端测试A.OpentheimputPINterminaltomeasurethevoltage.打开输入PIN脚测量电压B.RecordtheinputvoltageoftheinputPINterminalfunctionusingvariableresistanceintherangefromLOWtoHIGH.(ECU’sPIINterminalshallcommonlyapplytoanalog/digitalinputterminals.)使用可变电阻从高到低记录输入PIN脚性能的输入电压(控制单元PIN脚一般应应用在模拟数字输入终端)2)OutputTerminalTest输出终端测试A.OpentheoutputPinterminaltomeasurethevoltage.打开输出PIN脚测量电压B.Connectthepull-uporpul-downresistancetotheoutputPINterminalandrecordwhetherECUismalfunctionedornot.把pull-up或pul-down电阻连接到输出PIN脚以记录控制单元是否故障2.3.2OperatingVoltageTest操作电压测试1)Recordingthefunctiontestshallbemadebysettingtothelowest/highestvoltageoftheoperatingvoltagerange.设置操作电压最高/最低电压值以记录性能测试2)Themeasurementcriteriashallconformtothosespecifiedinthedrawing.测量标准应符合图样所设定的标准3)Thejudgementcriteriashallconformtothosefothevoltagerangespecificationinthedrawingandspecification.判断标准应遵循图样和规格所规定的电压范围说明2.3.3FunctionTest性能测试Thetestshallconformtothecriteriaspecifiedinthedrawingandspecification.该测试应遵循图样和规格所规定的标准2.4Appearance外观1)Thefeelingofappearancedesignandlightsshallbedeterminedaccordingtothesampleslimitedtotheapprovedsamples应根据已核准样品来决定外观设计和灯2).Therershallbenofolds,scratches,spots,stains,cracks,warpsorforeignmattersonthevisiblesurfaces,whichmakeitdifficulttoread.在外观上不应出现折皱、划痕、污点、暇疵、裂纹、偏差或杂质3)Thereshallbenonoisefromjointsandbodymountings.在组装过程中不应发出噪音Testcondition测试条件TestTemperature:20±5℃测试温度:20±TestHumidity:65±20%测试湿度:65±20%RatedVoltage:DC12±0.1V额定电压:DC12±0.1VOperatingVoltage:DC13.5±0.1V操作电压:DC13.5±0.1VOperatingVoltageRange:DC9~16V操作电压范围:DC9~16VTemperatureRange温度范围项目安装地点操作温度保存温度其它发动机箱-30~110-40~125(135)℃在发动机箱内安装测试样品时,应进行盐雾、防湿防水测试。其它安装地点,应要求相关方进行商讨。车厢或其它地点-30~80-40~853.7LoadOperationMode:Theratedandactualloadsshowninthedrawingshallbeasimilarloadwithover+20oftolerance.负荷操作模式:图样显示的额定实际负荷量应该是允许超过+20公差的类似负载量4.ElectricPropertyTest电性能测试4.1DarkCurrentTest暗电流测试1)Measurethedarkcurrentat12.6?0.1Vofpowersupply.在电源为12.6?0.1V情况下测量暗电流2)Thejudgementcriteriashallconformtoregulationunder1mA.判断标准应遵循1mA以下的规则(Thepartsthataredifficulttoinstallforcircuitconfigurationshallconformtothecriteriashowninthedrawing.)就电路结构而言难以安装的零件应遵循图样中设置的标准。4.2InsulationResistanceTest绝缘电阻测试1)ApplyAC500Vunderroomtemperatureandhumiditytomeasuretheinsulationresistancebetweentheterminalandthecase.在正常室温和湿度情况下使用AC500V来测量终端和箱子之间的绝缘电阻2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeover500M欧母.判断标准应大于500M欧母。(Forcaseground,thereshallbeasfollows:Thereshallbenoheatgenerationorcatchingfireduetoleakcurrent,etc.)就箱子而言不应因为漏电而产生热量或着火。4.3PowerSupplyFluctuationTest电源波动测试1)Apply10cyclesofthewaveformshowninFig1andmeasurethebasicperformance.采用图1中的波形运行10个循环来测试基本性能。2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thereshallbenomalfunctionduringthetestandthebasicperformanceshallbesatisfiedafterthetest.判断标准如下:测试过程中不能有故障,测试结束后满足基本性能要求。(ItshallcommonlyapplytoallpowersupplylinesappliedtoECU.该测试一般应应用于控制单元的所有电源线)4.4PowerSupplyIntermittenceTest电源间断测试4.4.1ChatteringTestWhenPowerSupplyIsProvidedtoBattery电源接到电池上进行嘀声测试1)Apply10cyclesofthewaveformshowninFig2toallpowersupplylines(B+,1GN2,ACC)andmeasurethebasicperformance.根据图2中的波形应用10个循环到所有电源线(B+,1GN2,ACC),测量基本性能2)Thejudgmentcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thereshallbenomalfunctionduringthetestandthebasicperformanceshallbesatisfiedafterthetest.判断标准如下:在测试过程中不应出现故障,测试后应满足基本性能要求。(Forthepartsusingthebatterysupply,testshallbeperformedwithON/OFFof1GN/ACCcombined.对于使用电池的零件,测试应结合主电源开关来操作)4.4.21GNKEYSWITCHIntermittenceTest主电源转换间断测试1)Afterapplyingtheratedvoltagetothebattery,apply10cyclesofthewaveformshowninFig3toeachsupplyterminalandmeasurethebasicperformance.给电池提供额顶电压后,按图3所示波形对每个电源终端运作10个循环,测量基本性能。2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thereshallbenomalfunctionduringthetestandthebasicperformanceshallbesatisfiedafterthetest.判断标准如下:在测试过程中不应有故障,测试后应能满足基本性能要求。4.5PowerSupplyReversePolarityTest电源极性反测试1)ApplythereversevoltageofDC16Vtoallpowersupplylines(B+.1GN1,1GN2,ACC)for1minuteandmeasurethebasicperformance.对所有电源线使用负极电压DC16V(B+.1GN1,1GN2,ACC)1分钟后测量基本性能。2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thereshallbenomalfunctionduringthetestandthebasicperformanceshallbesatisfiedafterthetest.判断标准如下:在测试过程中不应有故障,测试后应能满足基本性能要求。4.6PowerSupplyOverVoltageTest电源过电压测试1)Applytheover-voltageofDC24Vtoallpowersupplylines(B+,1GN1,1GN2,ACC)for1minuteandmeasurethebasicperformance.对所有电源线使用过电压DC24V1分钟后测量基本性能。2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thereshallbenomalfunctionduringthetestandthebasicperformanceshallbesatisfiedafterthetest.判断标准如下:在测试过程中不应有故障,测试后应能满足基本性能要求。5.ElectromagneticCompatibilityTest电磁兼容性测试ThetestcriteriashallconformtoSESE922.测试标准应遵循SESE922。6.Environmenttest环境测试6.1LowTemperatureMaintainTest低温保存测试1)Leavefor70hoursatthereservetemperatureconformingtoTable1andthenfor2hoursattheroomtemperaturetomeasurethebasicperformance.按表格1保存温度放置70个小时后在室温下放2个小时,测量基本性能。2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshallbesatisfied.判断标准如下:应满足基本性能要求。6.2LowTemperatureOperationTest低温运作测试1)Leavefor1hourattheoperatingtemperatureconformingtoTable1andthenoperatefor70hourstomeasurethebasicperformance.按表格1运作温度放置1个小时后运作70个小时,测量基本性能。2)Thejudgmentcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshallbesatisfied.判断标准如下:应满足基本性能要求。(Theoperationconditionshallbesubjecttoseparatecoonsultation运作条件可以另外协商)6.3HighTemperatureMaintainTest高温保存测试1)Leavefor94hoursatthereservetemperatureconformingtoTable1andthenfor2hoursattheroomtemperaturetomeasurethebasicperformance.按表格1保存温度放置94个小时后在室温下放置2个小时,测量基本性能。2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshallbesatisfied.判断标准如下:应满足基本性能要求。6.4HightemperatureOperationTest高温运作测试1)Operatefor118hoursattheoperatingtemperatureconformingtoTable1andthenmeasurethebasicperformance.按表格1运作温度运作118个小时,测量基本性能。2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshallbesatisfied.判断标准如下:应满足基本性能要求。(Theoperationconditionshallbesubjecttoseparateconsultation运作条件可以另外协商)6.5TemperatureCycleTest温度循环测试1)Leavefor1hourat-40℃andoperatetoperform30cycleunderthetestconditionshowninFig4.Leavefor2hourstomeasurethebasicperformance.在2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshallbesatisfied.判断标准如下:应满足基本性能要求。(Thechangeintemperatureshallbeaslinearaspossible,andtheoperationconditionshallbejubjecttoseparateconsultation温度变化应尽可能呈线性,运作条件应可以另外协商)6.6VoltageandTemperaturePropertyTest电压和温度性能测试1)Operatethevoltageandtemperatureconditionssetasbelowtomeasurethebasicperformance.按下面所示操作电压和温度条件,测量基本性能。2)Performunderthevoltageconditionsof9V,13.5V,16Vand19V.在电压为9V,13.5V,16V和19V情况下执行操作。2)Forthesettingtemperatureofthepartsmountedintheengineroom,leavefor1hourandperformundetheconditionsof-30,-5,25,65100and125℃.关于安装在发动机室内的零件安装温度,在室内放1个小时后在-30,-5,25,65100和1253)Forthesettingtemperatureofthepartsmountedinthepassengercompartment,leavefor1hourandperformundetheconditionsof-30,-5,25,65and80℃.关于安装在车厢内的零件安装温度,放1个小时后在-30,-5,25,65和804)Thejudgmentcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshalbesatisfied.判断标准如下:应满足基本性能要求。6.7ThermalShockTest热冲击测试1)Leavefor2hoursat-40℃andperformthetestundertheconditionasshownLeavefor2hourstomeasurethebasicperformance.在-40℃2)Dependingonmountinglocation,perform100cyclesforelectronicpartsmountedintheengineroom,and10cyclesforthosemountedinthepassengercompartment.根据安装位置,安装在发动机室内的电子零件运作100个循环,安装在车厢内的运作10个循环。3)Thejudgmentcriteriashallbeasfollows:ThereshallbenocracksinelectronicpartsnorpoorPCBpattern,andthebasicperformanceshallbesatisfied.判断标准如下:电子零件上不应有裂纹,也不应有劣质的PCB板,应能满足基本性能要求。6.8Temperature/HumidityCycleTest温湿循环测试1)Leavefor2.5hoursattheambienttemperatureof25±5℃andtherelativehumidityof60±15%andperformthetestundertheconditionasshowninFig6.2)Thejudgmentcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshallbesatisfied25±5℃相对湿度为60±15%时(Thechangeintemperatureshallbeaslinearaspossible温度变化尽可能呈线性)6.9NormalHumidityTest正常湿度测试1)Leavefor1hourattheambienttemperatureof55±2℃andtherelativehumidityof95±5%andtakethesampleoutoftheconstanttemperaturetestchamberafterthetest,andthenremovethewaterdropsonittomeasurethebasicperformance.在周边环境温度为55±2℃相对湿度为2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshallbesatisfied判断标准如下:应能满足基本性能要求。6.10DustTest防尘测试1)PerformthetestundertheconditionspecifiedinTestClassification3,TestTypeF,KSR1063(GeneralPrincipleofDustTestforAutomotiveParts).按测试级别3,测试类型和KSR1063(汽车零件防尘测试普遍准则)规定的测试条件来进行测试2)Thejudgementcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshallbesatisfied.判断标准如下:应能满足基本性能要求。6.11DewingTest警报测试1)Leavefor2hoursintheconstanttemperaturetestchamberattheambientemperatureof35±2℃andtherelativehumidityof85±5%andthentakethesampleoutofthetestchamber10minuteslater.Thenormaloperationshallbeguaranteedwithoutwaterdropsremoved.当周边环境温度为35±2℃相对湿度为85(Theelectriccurrentshallbeconductiveexceptinthetestchamber,andthemoistureshallnotberemoved.除了在测试室内,电流应畅通,应保留湿度)2)Thetestconditionsaboveshallbeperformedonceadayfor5days.以上测试应持续5天,每天进行一次。3)Thejudgmentcriteriashallbeasfollows:Thebasicperformanceshallbesatisfiedafterthetest.判断标准如下:测试后应能满足基本性能要
