1Scope
ThisStandardspecifiesthespecification,classification,type,structurecomposition,technicalrequirements,
inspectionmethods,inspectionrules,marking,packaging,storageandtransportationofsteelbearingsfor
railwaybridge.
ThisStandardisapplicabletothedesignandmanufactureofcylindrical,columnarandhyperboloidsteel
bearings,steelrockerbearings,steelrollerbearingsandsteelhingedslidingsheetbearings(hereinafter
referredtoassteelbearings)withadesignedverticalload-carryingcapacityof1000kN-100000kN
forrailwaybridge.Forsteelbearingswithadesignedverticalload-carryingcapacitybeyondtherange
specifiedinthisstandardaswellasothertypesofsteelbearings,andsteelbearingsforotherbridge
andstructuralworks,thisstandardmaybereferredto.

3.1.2
Thedesigndisplacementofmulti-directionalandlongitudinalmovablebearingsalongthe
longitudinaldirectionofabridgeisdividedinto7grades:±30mm,±50mm,±100mm,±150mm,
±200mm,±250mmand±300mm.
3.1.3
Thedesigndisplacementofmulti-directionalandtransversemovablebearingsalongthe
transversedirectionofabridgeisdividedinto4grades:±10mm,±20mm,±30mmand±40mm.
3.1.4
Themaximumheighteningamountofbearingsisdividedinto3grades:20mm,40mmand
60mm.
3.1.5
Iftherearespecialrequirements,thedesigndisplacementandthemaximumheightening
amountmaybeadjustedasneeded.
3.2Classification
3.2.1
Accordingtotheserviceperformance,bearingsareclassifiedintothefollowingfourkinds:
a)Multi-directionalmovablebearing:bearingverticalloadandhavingtheperformanceofvertical
rotationandhorizontalmulti-directionaldisplacement,denotedbyDX;
b)Longitudinalmovablebearing:bearingverticalloadandthehorizontalloadalongthetransverse
directionofabridge,andhavingtheperformanceofverticalrotationandthedisplacement
alongthelongitudinaldirectionofabridge,denotedbyZX;
c)Transversemovablebearing:bearingverticalloadandthehorizontalloadalongthelongitudinal
directionofabridge,andhavingtheperformanceofverticalrotationandthedisplacement
alongthetransversedirectionofabridge,denotedbyHX;
d)Fixedbearing:bearingverticalloadandthehorizontalloadinalldirections,andhavingthe
performanceofverticalrotationandnodisplacementineachhorizontaldirection,denotedby
GD.
3.2.2
Accordingtotheapplicabletemperaturerange,bearingsareclassifiedintothefollowingtwo
kinds:
a)Normaltemperaturebearing:applicableinthetemperaturerangefrom-25℃to+60℃,
denotedbyC;
b)Cold-resistantbearing:applicableinthetemperaturerangefrom-40℃to+60℃,denoted
byF.
3.3Type
Thebearingtypeisrepresentedasfollows:

3.4StructuralComponents
3.4.1
Thecylindricalbearingismainlycomposedoftheupperbearingplate,stainlesssteelmating
surface,slidingsheet,upperpendulum,lowerpendulumseatandanchorbolts.
3.4.2
Thehyperboloidbearingismainlycomposedoftheupperbearingplate,planarslidingsheet,
hyperboloidliningplate,hyperboloidslidingsheet,lowerbearingplate,anchorbolts(bolts,sleeves
andscrews)andenclosingplate.
3.4.3
Thehingedslidingsheetbearingismainlycomposedoftheupperpendulum,lowerpendulum,
hinge,upperpendulumbolts,hingecap,liningplate,slidingsheet,stainlesssteelmatingsurface,
baseplate,SF-Ithree-layercompositeboard,stainlesssteelmatingsurface,pressingplateandanchor
bolts(bolts,sleevesandscrews).
3.4.4
Thecolumnarbearingismainlycomposedoftheupperbearingplate,steelliningplate,lower
bearingplate,anchorbolts,bolts,sleevesandenclosingplate.
3.4.5
Therockerbearingismainlycomposedoftheupperpendulum,lowerpendulum,rocker,base
plate,hinge,anchorbolts,washer,screwandenclosingplate.
3.4.6
Therollerbearingismainlycomposedoftheupperpendulum,lowerpendulum,roller,base
plate,dentalplate,connectingplate,washer,boltsandcoverplate.
3.4.7

4TechnicalRequirements
4.1BearingPerformance
4.1.1
Undertheactionofthedesignedverticalload-carryingcapacity,theverticalcompression
deformationofthesteelrockerbearing,steelrollerbearingandsteelhingedslidingsheetbearingshall
notbegreaterthan2.00mm.Forotherbearingswithatotalheightnotgreaterthan200mm,the
verticalcompressiondeformationshallnotbegreaterthan2.00mm;forotherbearingswithatotal

heightgreaterthan200mm,theverticalcompressiondeformationshallnotbegreaterthan1%ofthe
bearingheight,andshallnotbegreaterthan4.00mm.
4.1.2
Ingeneral,thedesignedhorizontalbearingcapacityofthefixedbearingineachhorizontal
direction,thelongitudinalmovablebearinginthetransversedirectionofabridgeandthetransverse
movablebearinginthelongitudinaldirectionofabridgeisdividedinto5gradesaccordingtotheratio

ofthedesignedhorizontalbearingcapacitytothedesignedverticalload-carryingcapacity:0.1,

0.15,0.2,0.25and0.3(isthedesignedverticalload-carryingcapacityofthebearing).If
therearespecialrequirementsforthebridgeorbearing,theabovehorizontalbearingcapacityshallbe
designedaccordingtotherelevantrequirements.
4.1.3
Thedesignrotationangleofbearingsalongthelongitudinaldirectionofabridgeshallnotbe
lessthan0.02rad.
4.1.4
Withlubricatingsiliconegreases,thefrictioncoefficientμofmovablebearingsshallmeetthe
followingrequirements:
a)-25℃-+60℃:μ≤0.030;
b)-40℃--25℃:μ≤0.050.
4.1.5
Whenthebearingwithforcemeasurementfunctionistestedwithin15%-100%ofthedesigned
bearingcapacity,thetesterrorshallnotbegreaterthan5%oftheloadtested.
4.1.6
Whenalongitudinalslopeisrequiredonthetopoftheupperbearingplate,theslope
classificationshallcomplywithTable1.

4.1.7
Theconvexsurfaceofthesteelbearingliningplateshouldbecoveredwithstainlesssteel
matingsurface.
4.2MaterialPerformance
4.2.1SteelParts
Ifsteelplateorforgedsteelisadoptedforthebearingparts,thematerialofthesteelplate
orforgedsteelshallcomplywiththedesignrequirements,andthechemicalcompositionand
mechanicalpropertiesshallcomplywiththecorrespondingnationalorindustrialstandards.
ThestrengthofsteelcastingsofthebearingshallnotbelowerthanZG270-500.The
chemicalcompositionofsuchsteelcastingsandthemechanicalpropertiesafterheattreatmentofsuch
steelcastingsshallcomplywithGB/T11352-2009.Ultrasonictestingshallbecarriedoutonthesteel
castingsonebyone,andthequalitygradeofthesteelcastingsshallnotbelowerthangradeⅡ.The
flawdetectionmethodandthequalityratingmethodshallcomplywithGB/T7233.1-2009.
Thefinishedcold-rolledstainlesssteelmatingsurfacesof06Cr17Ni12Mo2,06Cr19Ni13Mo3
or06Cr18Ni11T1shouldbeadoptedforfrictionpairsofbearings.Thefinishedcold-rolledstainless
steelmatingsurfaceswithcorrosionresistancenotlowerthan022Cr17Ni12Mo2or022Cr19Ni13Mo3
shallbeadoptedforbearingsinaseverelycorrosiveenvironment.Thechemicalcompositionand
mechanicalpropertiesofsuchstainlesssteelmatingsurfacesshallcomplywithGB/T3280-2007.
Themaincomponents(upperandlowerbearingplates,steelliningplate,etc.)ofcold-

resistantbearingsshallbemadeoflow-temperaturesteelcastings,forgingsorplates,andthechemical
compositionandmechanicalpropertiesofmaterialsshallmeettherelevantstandardsordesignrequirements.
Thechemicalcompositionandmechanicalpropertiesofanchorboltmaterialsshallcomply
withthedesignrequirementsandtherelevantnationalandindustrialstandards.
4.2.2Slidingsheet
Theslidingsheetofbearingsandthedimplesactedasreservoirsforsiliconegreaseonthe
surfaceshallbemoulded,andregeneratedmaterialsshallnotbeused.
Theslidingsheetofbearingsshallbemadeofthepolytetrafluoroethyleneplate,modified
polytetrafluoroethyleneplateormodifiedultrahighmolecularweightpolyethyleneplate.Thephysical
andmechanicalpropertiesshallcomplywithTable2.
