DocumentCHAPTER5–OPERATING5.1NormalsystemDocumentCHAPTER5–OPERATING5.1Normalsystemoperation5.1.1Start-upandThesystemisstartedusingasubgroupcontrol(SGC).Duringstart-upthesystemwillbeventedautomaticallyandthenpressurized.Thehydraulicsupplyunitcanbeputintooperationattemperatureabove5°C.Nospecialprocedureisrequiredforshutdownofthesystem.NormaloperationmodesoftheControlFluidSystemOnecontrolfluidpumpandonepumpofthecoolingcircuitareinoperation.Theotherpumpsareinstandby.Theheatingdeviceinsidethetankwillbeautomaticallyactivatedatfluidtemperaturebelow10°Candswitchedoffat20°C.ThecontrolfluidiscleanedbythepressurefilterandthereturnlineTheworkingpressureofthecontrolfluidsupplysystemsis160Noleakageisdetectedatthecontrolfluidlinesandatthetank.Thelevelinsidethetankisinnormalrange.Thefanmotorsareactivatedatfluidtemperatureabove60°C.Analarmisgeneratedabove65°C.5.2Abnormalsystemoperation-Failureofonemaincontrolfluid(ECS:GFR01/02/0301POorGFR01/02/0302PO;KKS:MAX01/02/03AP001orMAX01/02/03AP002):Thestandbypumpistakenintooperationautomatically,ifafailureoftheoperatingpumpisdetected.Theplantoperationisnotinfluencedduringnormaloperation.-Failureofbothmaincontrolfluid(ESC:GFR01/02/0301POandGFR01/02/0302PO;KKS:MAX01/02/03AP001andMAX01/02/03AP002):Intheeventofbothcontrolfluidpumpsfailingawarningsignalisgeneratedinthecontrolroom.Ifthissignalrespondstheturbinetripisreleased.Date03/2010
