医学教学大纲：七年外科学教学大纲

外科学教学大纲

一、课程简介

外科学是医学科学的重要组成部分。一般来说，外科学研究范畴是以手术为主要治

疗方法的疾病，如损伤、感染、肿瘤、畸形和其他疾病。但外科学绝不等同于手术学，

特别是随着科学技术及医学科学的发展，外科学与其他学科间的融汇与交叉日新月异，

外科学的范畴在动态中变化，因此，今天的外科学更涉猎与外科相关的基础理论，包括

病因、病理、发病机制、诊断、预防和治疗等。

外科学的教学目的在于使学生获得较全面的外科基础理论和基本知识，得到较严格

的基本技能训练。通过教学，要求学生能够达到基本掌握常见外科疾病的诊断和鉴别诊

断、治疗原则；建立严格的无菌观念；熟悉各种消毒方法；掌握外科基本操作技能，为

将来从事临床工作打下坚实基础。

本大纲适用于临床医学专业七年制教学，使用全国高等医药教材建设研究会七年制

规划教材《外科学》，陈孝平主编，人民卫生出版社出版。外科学理论课授课共120学

时，其中总论授课30学时，各论授课90学时。外科临床见习30学时。

第七章外科水、电解质和酸碱平衡失调的处理

目的和要求：

（-）掌握水、电解质和酸碱平衡失调临床处理的基本原则。（二）熟悉各型缺水、低

血钾和高血钾的临床表现、诊治方法。（三）熟悉代谢性酸中毒和代谢性碱中毒的病理

生理、临床表现和诊治方法。（四）了解水、电解质和酸碱平衡的基本概念及原理。

第十二章麻醉

目的和要求：

（-）掌握常用局麻的方法、局麻药的特点及局麻药毒性反应。（二）掌握椎管内麻醉

的方法、并发症及处理措施。（三）掌握全身麻醉的并发症及处理原则。（四）熟悉麻醉

前一般准备、麻醉选择和麻醉中观察病人的要领。（五）了解硫喷妥钠麻醉和氯胺酮麻

醉。（六）了解气管内插管、臂丛及颈丛神经阻滞麻醉、安氟酸与异氟酸及肌肉松弛药

的应用。（七）了解复合麻醉。

目的和要求：

浅脓肿、甲沟炎、化脓性指头炎的临床表现和治疗方法。（五）熟悉慢性溃疡、瘦管、

窦道的临床表现和处理方法。（六）了解咬螫伤、软组织刺伤、异物存留的处理方法。（七）

了解常见浅表软组织肿物的临床表现和治疗方法。

目的和要求：

和治疗原则。（五）熟悉外科真菌感染的病因、临床表现和治疗方法。（六）熟悉破伤风、

气性坏疽的临床表现和治疗原则。（七）了解获得性免疫缺陷综合征病人的外科感染及

处理。（八）了解外科应用抗菌药物的原则。

及病理生理。（三）脓毒症的临床表现和治疗原则。（四）破伤风和气性坏疽的病因、病

理、临床表现和治疗原则。
