responsibilities:

•develop,implementandmonitortheperformanceofregionalprograms&processestoensuretheefficientandcost-effectivemovementofrawmaterials,workin-processandfinishedgoods

mes工程师(smt/dip前端、仓库、测试包装)北京紫光存储科技有限公司北京紫光存储科技有限公司,紫光存储职责描述:

1,负责mes相关系统的实施与开发维护。

2,完成mes项目中需求调研,系统流程设计,自我测试,用户测试及设计报告,用户培训及上线使用。

3,熟悉相关流程,负责需求评估,分析及开发,功能调试。

4,负责优化产品流程,对上料流程熟悉及能完成mes其他流程的接口设计。

5,多维度分析用户需求,能排除干扰需求,设计出优化工厂流程的制程,维护和优化mes系统。

任职要求:

1,大学本科以上学历,电子信息、计算机通讯相关专业

2,3年以上it应用、开发和实施经验,有mes工厂开发经验

3,熟悉c#/java的优先,了解sql数据库方面知识,至少精通oralce,sqlserver数据库

4,有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力,工作认真负责、具有较强的责任心

5,抗压能力强,可以随时加班处理异常事件。

6,了解mes与erp及其他应用接口技术,懂mes上料相关设备,如rfid技术核心

2.根据客户品质要求,进行工程合理化改善,达到品质、成本、交期平衡;

3.负责处理生产过程中的重特大不良,制定持续改善对策并实施;

4.负责部门人员管理和管理队伍建设,合理配置、优化结构。
