keyresponsibilities:
•responsibleforlocaldesignofzfrailwaygearboxes
•checkandreleaseofdeviationsincooperationwithgermanheadquarter
•contributingtoresolvequalityproblemsatcustomerendandatzf
•providingon-sitetechnicalsupportforcustomersandzfplantstoanalyzeproductandpartfailures
•providingserialsupportforassembly,quality,purchasing,supplierdevelopmentandservicedepartmentsoftheplant(e.g.forrepairorfailureanalysis)fromengineeringpointofview
•familiarwithrootcauseanalysisandreportingwith8dmothed
•supportindustrializationactivitiesinchina
•relationshipmanagementwithtechnicaldepartmentofimportantsuppliers
•customerrelationshipmanagementwithtechnicaldepartmentsatlocalmanufacturer
requirements:
•minimum3yearsengineeringexperience,preferablyrelatedtorailwaygearboxes
•experienceinapplicationengineerand/orfailuremanagement
•experienceinproductdevelopmentprojects(teammember)
•experienceinserialsupportactivities(i.e.drawingchanges,bomchanges,deviationrequests,changemanagement)
•interculturalexperience(germany)
•experienceinapplicationengineerand/orfailuremanagement
•experienceinproductdevelopmentprojects(teammember)
•experienceinserialsupportactivities(i.e.drawingchanges,bomchanges,deviationrequests,changemanagement)
•engineeringdegree(atleastbachelor)inmechanicalengineering

responsibilities:
sales
1.responsibleforsalesmanagementandsalesdevelopmentofownstore.
2.managethebusinessonadaytodaybasisbymaximizingsalesandachievingmonthlytargets.
3.performvariousreportstoprovidesalesanalysis/forecastandsuggestactionplantosupportthestaffachieving
targets.
4.preparereports,aspermanagementrequests.
customerservice
1.ensurethatstaffresolvescustomercomplaintseffectively.
2.leadanddriveconsistentcustomerserviceinstorebyrolemodelingdesiredbehavior.
traininganddevelopment
1.motivateandcoachstaffappropriatelytoensurethatrespectofcompanyprocedures,valuesandteamspiritarein
linewithcorporatestandards.
2.supervisethetrainingofthestaffoncompanyprocedures,productknowledge,securityandoperations.
3.identifytraininganddevelopmentneedsforthestaffandgivefeedbacktoretailmanager
aftersalesservice
1.ensurethatallstaffdulyprovidesaftersalesservice.
2.advicethestorestaffonaftersalesserviceprocedure.

1.handleadministrativeduties,dailyreportsandstaffdutyrosters.

4.ensurestockandbackupstorageareeffectivelymanagedinanorganizedmanner.
