55朽木易折,金石可镂。千里之行,始于足下。第页/共页一、基本信息本人学号,按照教学要求,设计的桥型主跨为128m(120+学号倒数第二位),桥宽为12.3m(12+学号倒数第一位/10),施工主意采用悬臂浇筑。计算要求包括:考虑施工过程,计算恒载、活载、温度、温度梯度、支座沉降等作用下内力和组合内力,出计算书。图纸要求包括:计划布置图和上部结构普通构造图。1.1工程概况本设计采用85+128+85m三跨预应力混凝土延续刚构桥结构体系。两端悬臂长度均为85m,相应的悬臂根部梁高为7m,梁端梁高为2.7m。中跨跨中梁高2.7m。形成一个通航孔,桥面最大纵坡2.43℅。主梁截面所有使用单箱单室截面。下部结构基础分离采用明挖扩大基础及灌注混凝土,墩身为实腹长方形截面。本计划技术较先进,工艺要求较郑重,主梁上部结构施工主意采用悬臂浇筑。采用移动式挂篮作为主要施工设备,以桥墩为中央,对称地向两岸利用挂篮浇筑节段的混凝土,待混凝土达到要求强度后,便张拉预应力束,然后移动挂篮,举行下一节段施工。本计划属于超静定结构,该延续刚构桥既保持了延续梁无伸缩缝、行车平顺的优点,又保持了T构不须设大吨位支座的优点,同时避免了延续梁(存在暂时固结和体系转换)和T构(存在伸缩缝问题)两者的缺点,养护工作量小。此外,延续钢构施工稳固性好,减少或避免边跨梁端搭架合龙的难度。但此桥型对地基承载力的要求更高,若地基发生过大的不匀称沉降,延续梁可通过调节墩顶支座的高程,抵消下沉来补救,而延续刚构则做不到。当其主墩刚度过大时,中跨梁体因会产生过大的温差拉力而对结构受力不利。此外,梁墩联结处应力复杂也是延续刚构的一个缺点。1.2技术标准(1)主跨径:128m(此为桥墩中距)。(2)桥宽:12.3m(2×净5.5m(车行道)+0.9m(中央分隔带)+2×0.2m(及护栏)=12.3m)。(3)设计荷载:马路-Ⅰ级(汽车-超20级,挂车-120级)。(4)防撞栏杆:单侧按每延米9.0KN。(5)截面:主梁采用变截面单箱单室的箱形截面,桥墩采用实腹长方形截面。(6)桥面纵坡:左2.43℅,中0,右2.40℅。(7)桥面横坡:1.5℅,并适当设置路拱。(8)地质情况:河中为大范围紫红色砂岩。(9)墩高:40m。(10)桥墩形式:竖直双肢薄壁墩。(11)基础形式:刚性基础。1.3主要规范1)《马路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTGD62-2004)2)《马路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTGD60-2004)3)《马路工程技术标准》(JTGB01-2003)4)《马路桥梁抗震设计细则》(JTG/TB02-01-2008)5)《马路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》(JTGD63-2007)6)《城市桥梁设计规范》(CJJ11-2011)1.4结构概述1.4.1桥梁结构图示(如图1)图11.4.2桥梁主跨和边跨的拟定主跨按照教学要求径定位128m。对国内外已建成的延续刚构桥,边跨和主跨的跨径比值在0.5~0.692之间,大部分在0.55~0.58之间。采用0.664倍的中跨径,即85m,则全联跨径为:85+128+85=298m。1.4.3顺桥向梁的尺寸拟定大跨延续刚构桥主梁普通采用箱形截面,箱梁根部截面的高跨比普通为1/16~1/20,其中大部分为1/18左右,也有少数桥梁达到或低于1/20.跨中截面梁高通常为支点截面梁高的1/2.5~1/3.5,略小于延续梁的跨中梁高。支点处梁高:箱梁根部高跨比取1/18.29倍,即7m.跨中梁高:跨中截面梁高取支点梁高的1/2,59倍,即2.7m.梁底曲线:选用二次抛物线,以跨中梁底为原点,曲线方程为:Y=-0.X²以支点梁底为原点,曲线方程为;Y=-0.X²1.4.4桥墩尺寸拟定考虑延续刚构桥的桥墩与悬臂箱梁固结,需承受悬臂箱梁传来的轴向力及不平衡力矩,采用竖直双肢薄壁墩,墩宽B=8.1m,墩高H=1.8m。1.4.5箱梁尺寸拟定当跨径超过60m时,横截面多为箱形。而B=12.3m,采取单箱单室截面。如图2所示。图2截面构造图(1)顶板、底板厚度;箱梁根部底板厚度:普通约为墩顶梁高的1/10~1/12,取85cm。箱梁跨中底板厚度:取26cm。箱梁顶板厚度:箱梁断面顶板厚在全梁范围内一致取25cm。(2)箱梁腹板:腹板内无预应力束管道布置时可采用200mm;腹板内有预应力束管道布置时可采用250~300mm;腹板内有预应力束筋锚头时采用350mm。故本设计中采用腹板厚度为35cm。在大跨径桥中,为减少梁的自重弯矩,将腹板尽量减小为好,在支点处腹板厚度为满意剪应力与主拉应力要求时,可参照下式选用:t=0.02B(1+0.02L)。本设计中,B=12.3m,L=128m,故t=0.876m,而选用25cm腹板时,t=0.25×3×2=1.50m﹥0.876m,故可以。∑δ/B=1.5/12.3=1/8.2,不符合1/13~1/19.。δ/B=0.25/4.8=1/19.2,满意1/15~1/20.(3)其余各处详细尺寸:在墩上、中跨跨中、边跨跨中和桥的端部设横梁。故在边跨离根部42.5m处,中跨跨中、墩上、端部各设一道6.9m宽的横梁,并把单室扩为双室。截面构造如图3所示。1.4.6桥面铺装由《马路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTGD60-2004)第1.7.1条,桥面路缘内设置8cm厚沥青混凝土铺装层。1.4.7施工主意(1)主梁采用墩梁固结的挂篮悬臂浇筑施工。(2)桥墩采用液压爬模施工。(3)基础采用钢围囹浇筑混凝土。1.5主要材料及材料性能(1)箱梁混凝土:C50(2)桥墩钢筋混凝土:C30(3)基础混凝土:C20(4)预应力钢筋:采用抗拉强度标准值为1860MPa,公称直径d=15.2mm的低松弛高强度钢绞线。(5)非预应力钢筋:受力筋采用Ⅱ级HRB400级钢筋,非受力筋采用Ⅰ级HPB300级钢筋。1)混凝土表格SEQ表格\*ARABIC1混凝土表格强度等级弹性模量(MPa)容重EQ(kN/m3)线膨胀系数EQfck(MPa)EQftk(MPa)EQfcd(MPa)EQftd(MPa)C503450025.000.00001032.402.6522.401.83C303000025.000.00001020.102.0113.801.392)普通钢筋表格SEQ表格\*ARABIC2普通钢筋表格普通钢筋弹性模量(MPa)容重EQ(kN/m3)EQfsk(MPa)EQfsd(MPa)EQf'sd(MPa)R23521000076.98235195195HRB33520000076.98335280280HRB40020000076.98400330330KL40020000076.984003303303)预应力材料表格SEQ表格\*ARABIC3预应力材料表格预应力钢绞线弹性模量(MPa)张拉控制应力(MPa)孔道磨阻系数孔道偏差系数钢绞线松弛系数一端锚固回缩值(m)Bot19500000.3000.006601.00.00600Top19500000.2000.001001.00.006001.6计算原则、内容及控制标准1.6.1计算原则(1)汽车—超20级作用下各截面的最大弯矩汽车荷载偏载时的增大系数。活载偏载时的增大系数,习惯上有两种取值主意:一是将箱梁视未开口截面,按偏心压力法(刚性横梁法)求出边肋的横向分布系数,作为增大系数取值的根据;另一则是将活载产生的内力直接增大15%。本设计对汽车荷载偏安全地取前一种主意计算。(2)挂车-120级作用下各截面的最大弯矩及最大剪力验算时,平板挂车不考虑冲击力;由《马路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTGD60-2004)第2.3.5条之二可知,平板挂车在1桥梁全长内用一辆布载。挂车荷载偏载时的增大系数取15%考虑。(3)挂车荷载不与人群荷载及其他荷载同时浮上。1.6.2计算内容考虑施工过程,计算恒载、活载、温度、温度梯度、支座沉降等作用下内力和组合内力,出计算书。1.6.2控制标准(1)求汽车荷载冲击系数。按照《马路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTGD60-2004)第2.3.2条表2.3.2-1的规定,当荷载长度L在5m与45m之间时,冲击系数μ可按下式计算:μ=(45-L)×0.3/(45-5)=0.3375-0.0075L(2)各截面荷载内力组合由《通用规范》第4.1.2条,在按极限状态设计箱梁各截面时,应按组合Ⅰ(恒载+汽车荷载+人群荷载)及组合Ⅱ(恒载+挂车荷载)分离组合荷载,并选取相应的荷载安全系数,注重到荷载效应占总荷载效应不同比例时需考虑不同的提高系数。二、模型建立与分析2.1计算模型图3计算模型图1)节点数量:80;图4节点划分图示2)单元数量:75;图5单元划分图示3)边界条件数量:6支承分离为每个桥墩两个,边跨支点各一处;弹性衔接每个桥墩与主梁固结处各两个。图6边界条件4)施工阶段数量:16,施工阶段步骤如下:施工阶段1:CS1,持续时光12天;施工阶段9:CS9,持续时光12天;施工阶段2:CS2,持续时光12天;施工阶段10:CS10,持续时光12天;施工阶段3:CS3,持续时光12天;施工阶段11:CS11,持续时光12天;施工阶段4:CS4,持续时光12天;施工阶段12:CS12,持续时光12天;施工阶段5:CS5,持续时光12天;施工阶段13:CS13,持续时光30天;施工阶段6:CS6,持续时光12天;施工阶段14:CS14,持续时光15天;施工阶段7:CS7,持续时光12天;施工阶段15:CS15,持续时光30天;施工阶段8:CS8,持续时光12天;施工阶段16:CS16,持续时光10000天;图7施工阶段控制分析表格4施工阶段划分说明施工阶段施工天数/天施工内容说明CS112现浇墩顶主梁19、20、21、22、23、49、50、51、52、53单元CS212挂篮悬臂浇筑18,24,48,54单元CS312挂篮悬臂浇筑17,25,47,55单元CS412挂篮悬臂浇筑16,26,46,56单元CS512挂篮悬臂浇筑15,27,45,57单元CS612挂篮悬臂浇筑14,28,33,58单元CS712挂篮悬臂浇筑13,29,43,59单元CS812挂篮悬臂浇筑12,30,42,60单元CS912挂篮悬臂浇筑11,31,41,61单元CS1012挂篮悬臂浇筑10,32,40,62单元CS1112挂篮悬臂浇筑9,33,39,63单元CS1212挂篮悬臂浇筑8,34,38,64单元CS1330挂篮悬臂浇筑7,35,37,65单元CS1415左边跨合龙CS1530右边跨合龙CS161000中跨合龙,现浇防撞栏杆和桥面铺装,考虑收缩徐变影响2.2主要钢筋布置图及材料用表(1)预应力钢束特征值图8.1钢束特征值图8.2钢束特征值表格5预应力钢绞线弹性模量(MPa)张拉控制应力(MPa)孔道磨阻系数孔道偏差系数钢绞线松弛系数一端锚固回缩值(m)15-1919500013950.2500.001500.30.0060015-1519500013950.2500.001500.30.00600
