InFebruary2018,TRAIpassedtheTelecommunicationTariff(63rdamendment)order,accordingtowhich,telecomfirmsarefreetogivepromotionalofferstocustomersaslongastheoffersaretransparent,non-predatoryandnon-discriminatory.
