高考英语二轮英语专题复习应用文通知课件

NoticeWhat'snotice?高考中的通知一般公布即将发生之事，如宣布举行各种比赛，听讲座，参观画展，举办晚会，召开研讨会等等.通知与书信、日记等应用文一样，有固定的格式，开头的称呼和结尾的落款必不能少。通知要求言简意赅、措辞得当、时间及时。叙事主体为活动。Structure通知一般由标题、正文和结尾三部分组成。通知标题一般为Notice，居中。然后是正文，正文之后，通知发布的单位或个人署名通常放在右下角，若有发布时间也放在右下角。通常包括三部分内容：说明通知的事情以及目的陈述具体的内容：时间、地点、参加者等提出要求和注意事项1．通知写作应注意的问题。(1)书面通知较之口头通知所使用的句式要复杂些。书面通知可以将若干的信息通过一个句子表达出来，而口头通知则可以分为几个句子表达。例：请准时到会。口头：Besurenottobelate.书面：Everyoneisrequiredtobepresentontime.(2)通知的语言要简明，条理清晰，要求明确，特别是时间概念很重要，必须写得十分明确，不容丝毫含糊。Writingguidance(3)通知是要告诉大家即将进行的活动，因此其主要时态是一般将来时。
