temperatureduringcheckonsitewillmakethepressuregaugereadingschangelightly);○Observeifallpressingzoneofoillevelindicationwindowsdisplayorange;Disqualificationforabovecondition,theproductmayhaveahiddendangerofdamagedcorebody,soitdoesnotallowtobeinstalledatonce.Itshouldbecheckifthereisaleakageonthesealingcoverplatesandthevalvesonthepipelinebythesealingtest.Ifitisnottheabovereasons,connectwithourcompany;●Theappearancecheck:Checkifthereisabruising,obviousbruisingetc.ontheconservatorsurface;●Thecountingaccessories:Countthepartquantityaccordingto“thegoodacceptancereceipt”;●Thedocumentcheck:Thedocumentbagshouldincludefollowingcarryingdocuments:Aninstallation&usemanualAfactoryinspectionreportAcertificateAsupplylistOtherinformationrequestedbythecontractTheusershouldcheckaccordingtotheaboverequirementseriouslyandfillon“thegoodacceptancereceipt”tohelpourcompanytoknowthefulfillmentstateofthetransportationcompanyforthetransportcontract.8、产品安装Productinstallation8.1安装准备●打开充气阀，释放储油柜内部气压；●采用充气加压法使芯体做一次由最高油位→最低油位→最高油位的运动；●拆除排气管压力显示装置，拆除注排油管充气装置、通向变压器管路盖板，打开呼吸管阀门；●准备与储油柜联接的蝶阀、联管、螺栓及胶垫等配件；●配备注油机、油桶、气源（小型气泵或氮气瓶用于油位调整）及常用工具。Theinstallationpreparation●Opentheinjectingvalvetoreleasethegaspressureintheconservator;●Usetheinjectinggasincreasingpressuremethodtomakethecorebodydoamovementfromthehighestoilleveltothelowestoilleveltothehighestoillevel;●Disassemblethepressuredisplaydevice,theinjectinggasdeviceaswellthecoverplateofthepipelineconnectedtothetransformerandopenthevalveontherespiratorytube;●Preparebutterflyvalve,connectionpile,gasrelay,boltsandrubberwasheretc;●Providetheinjectingoilmachine,oilbarrel,gassource(asmallgaspumporNitrogengasbottle)aswellcommontools.8.2储油柜管路安装、控制线路连接●将储油柜吊装到储油柜支架上方并固定好；●将排气管、注排油管、呼吸管分别引向下至便于操作的高度，并安装密封可靠的阀门，以便于储油柜的油位指示调整和注排油操作；●安装储油柜通向变压器管路的蝶阀、联管（或波纹管）、气体继电器，见图五；●关闭通向变压器管路的蝶阀；●将最高油位和最低油位报警装置控制线路接好，见图三。Theconservatorpipelineinstallationandthecontrolcircuitconnection●Lifttheconservatoronthestandandfixitwell;●Putthedischarginggaspipe,theinjecting&dischargingoilpipeandtherespiratorytubedowntotheheighttohelptheoperationandinstallthesealedvalvereliablytohelptheoillevelindicatoradjustmentontheconservatorandtheinjectingoiloperation;●Installthebutterflyvalve,theconnectionpipe(orsoftpipe),gasrelayonthepipelinefromtheconservatortothetransformer;Seethefigure5●Closethebutterflyvalveonthepipelinetothetransformer;●Connecttheoillevelcontrolcircuitwell.Seethefigure3图五、安装Figure5Installation8.3注油前油位指示调整见图六储油柜运输到厂时，储油柜油位指示为最高温度，注油前须采用下述充气加压法将储油柜油位指示调至略低于变压器现场油温（油位指示可设为低于现场油温5℃），油位指示由高温向低温调整方法如下：○关闭通向变压器管路的蝶阀；○关闭注排油管阀门，打开排气管阀门和呼吸管阀门；○从呼吸管充气加压，油位指示至预定油位时，迅速关闭呼吸管阀门，停止充气加压；注意：油位指示调整好后，须关闭呼吸管阀门，直到注油完毕。Oillevelindicatoradjustmentbeforeinjectoil.Seethefigure6Whentheconservatoristransportedintothefactory,theoillevelindicationontheconservatoristhehighesttemperature.Beforeinjectoil,itisnecessarytousethefollowinginjectinggasforincreasingpressuremethodtoadjustittolowerthantransformeroiltemperatureonsite(theoillevelindicationcanbesetaslower5℃○Closethebutterflyonthepipelinetothetransformer;○Closethevalveontheinjecting&dischargingoilpipeandopenthevalveonthedischarginggaspipeandthevalveontherespiratorytube;○Increasepressurefromtherespiratorytubebyinjectinggas.Whentheoillevelindicationreachesatthepredeterminedoillevel,quickclosetherespiratorytubeandstoptheinjectinggas;Note:Aftertheoillevelisadjusted,itisnecessarytokeepthevalveclosingontherespiratorytubeuntiltheinjectingoilisfinished.图六、油位指示调整Figure6Oillevelindicatoradjustment8.4注油，见图七○保持呼吸管阀门、通向变压器管路的蝶阀关闭；○打开排气管阀门；○联结油泵管路至注排油管，打开注排油阀门，启动油泵；○从注排油管注入变压器油，直至储油柜内空气从排气管排净稳定出油后，停止注油；○第一次注满油后应静置1小时，以便油中气体充分析出。同时将散热器、套管升高座及其它高点集气从各自排气阀排出；○然后再次向储油柜注油，直至排气管稳定出油；○关闭排气管阀门，停止注油；○打开呼吸管阀门，检查油位指示，油位指示偏差小于±5℃○将储油柜置于待运行状态。呼吸管阀门、通向变压器管路的蝶阀打开，排气管阀门、注排油管阀门关闭。注意：注油时必须将储油柜油腔内气体排净，以免形成假油位。Oil-filling●Keeptherespiratorytubevalveandthebutterflyvalveonthepipelinetotransformerclose;●Openthevalveonthedischarginggaspipe;●Connectthepipelineoftheoilpumptotheinjecting&dischargingoilpipeandopenthevalveontheinjecting&dischargingoilpipeandstarttheoilpump;●Injecttransformeroilfromtheinjecting&dischargingoilpipeuntilairintheconservatorisdischargedoutandtheoilflowsoutstablythenstopinjectingoil;图七、注油Figure7Oil-filling●Afterfirsttimesofinjectingoilfully,itshouldbewaitedstaticallyforonehourinordertoletairinoilfullyseparateout;●Injectoilintotheconservatoragainuntiloilflowsoutstablyfromthedischarginggaspipe;●Closethevalveonthedischarginggaspipeandstopinjectingoil;Seethefigure7;●Openthevalveontherespiratorytubeandchecktheoillevelindicator.Thedifferenceoftheoillevelindicatorshouldbelessthan±5℃●Puttheconservatorintothewaitingrunningstate.Openthevalveontherespiratorytubeandthebutterflyvalveonthepipelinetotransformer;Closethevalveonthedischarginggaspipeandthevalveontheinjecting&dischargingoilpipe.Note:Wheninjectoil,itisnecessarytodischargeairintheconserva
