1.Therebe句型的一般结构与用法

结构与用法例句

肯定句“There+be动词+某人/某物Therearefourseasonsina

（+地点）”表示“某处有……”year.

否定句“There+be动词+not（any）Thereisn'tanysaltinthejar.

/no+某人/某物（+地点）”罐子里没有盐。

表示“某处没有……”

一般疑问句“Be动词+there+某人/某物Isthereatableintheroom?

（+地点）？”表示“某处

知识辨析

Therebe与have

Therebe句型表示的是某处存在某人或某物，指客观存在，不表示所属关系。在Therebe句型中,

be动词用is还是用are应采取“就近原则”，即看离be动词最近的事物是可数名词还是不可数名字,

是单数还是复数，从而确定用is还是用are.如：Thereisabook,twopensandthreerulers.

而have表示的是某人拥有某物，即某物归某人所有，是所属关系。例如：

Thereisanair-conditionerinmyroom.在我的房间有一台空调。（空调不能归房间所有）

Ihaveanicebedroom.我有一间漂亮的卧室。（卧室归我所有）

Therebe句型用法歌诀

Therebe句型有特点，主语放在be后面。

单数主语用is,复数用are记心间。

变否定，很简单，be后要把not添。

肯定句中用some,否定、疑问any换。

infrontof与inthefrontof

课文应用：Mygrandparentshaveagardeninfrontoftheirhouse.

我（外）祖父母在他们的房子前面有一个花园。

“inthefrontof"只比"infrontof”多了一个定冠词the,但两者的含义却不相同。

“infrontof”通常指一者在另一者的前面，两者不存在位置上的包含关系，即一个物体在另一个

物体的外部。“inthefrontof”则表示两者存在包含关系，即一个物体在另一物体的内部的前面。

如：Thereisaboyinfrontofthebus.在公共汽车前面有一个男孩。（外部）

Thereisaboyinthefrontofthebus.在公共汽车的前面有一个男孩。（内部）
