bothhousesof

Congress-theSenateandtheHouseofReprsentatives.Theconstitution

limitsthepowersofeachbranchandpreventsonebranchfromgaining

toomuchpower.Forexample,CongresscanpassaLawthePresidentmaysign

it.Nevertheless,theSupremeCourtcandeclarethelawunconstitutional

andnullifyit.
