ookeachhadheardfromtheirdescriptionsofthedreams.Whiletheparticipantsslept,theresearchers
alsousedanEEG(脑电图)capthatdetectselectricalactivitytorecordtheirbrainwaves.Thisshowed
thatthewavepatternsduringtherapideyemovementphaseofsleep,whendreamsoccurred,werem
oresimilarbetweenthosewhohadheardthesameaudiobookthanthosewhohadhearddifferentones,
