groupgaveapresentationtothewholeschool.

Notonlydidweimproveourreadingskillsforawholebook,whichquitedifferfromtheonesforasingle

passage,butalsoweenrichedourlife,experiencedpleasure,andbroadenedourhorizons.OfcourseourEnglish

proficiencygreatlyimproved.Iwishtojoininmoresuchprojects.

Unfortunately,onMay16,1receivedmyhusband'sboss'scallfiromanearbyhospital.Myhusbandwasinan

accidentthatresultedinhishavingtohavehisarmcut.Hewasleftunabletowork.Whileitwasevidentthenthat

wewouldactuallyneedformetogotowork,weweren,tsureexactlyhowwe'dbeabletoputmethroughthe

courseswithneitherofusworking.IhadpostponedstartingschoolinJune,butbyAugustIwentaheadwithmy

plantotofinishthecoursesformydegreeineducation.Thereweremanytimesthatweweren'tsurewecould

“makeit”.

HelpcamejustwhenIwasstrugglingformydream.OneChristmaswewerentsureaboutthenextsemester,

soweaskedmyfatherifheandmomwouldbuymybooksforthatterminsteadofotherChristmasgifts.He
