1.工作范围SCOPEOFWORK

此方案适用于XX工程DN500管线的水试压施工。

ThisMethodStatement(MS)appliestohydraulictestinDN500flowGAspipelinefromProjectInternal

GAtheringProject.

本工程管道设计压力为9MPa,管道规格为0508x14.2(17.5)(20.0)L360QS无缝钢管，试压管线长度

为27.182km。本工程管道清管、试压程序为：管段清管一管道测径一管段试压一试压后的排水清扫一连头

—站间试压。由承担管道焊接、清管、测径、试压及排水清扫作业以及连头。后续工作如站间试压、干燥

施工作业等由业主试车组负责组织实施。

符。

25HSE要求HSERequirements

作业前应根据作业内容办理相关许可。

HandlerelevantPTWbeforeworkcommence.

在尘埃环境中，佩戴防尘面罩。

FordusGAworkingenvironment,dustmaskshallbeemployed.

所有人员都应参加了适应的安全培训并佩戴PPE,如作为最低要求的安全帽，钢头鞋，安全眼镜和工作

服以及根据具体情况需要穿戴的安全手套、高亮背心以及面罩等。

AllpersonnelshalltakeappropriatesafeGAtrainingandproperlywearPPEasminimumrequirementsas

hardhelmets,steeltoeboots,safeGAglassesanduniforms.SafeGAgloves,highvisibiliGAvestsandfacialshield

willberequiredfbrspecificwork.

现场设置试压工作内容说明牌。标明试压时间、地点、压力数值、现场负责人联系电话等，以及应急

救援人员名单、电话号码及救援车辆。

Pressureworkingcontentinstructionplatesshallbesetonsite.Indicatethetesttime,place,pressurevalue

andPersoninchargecontactphonenumber,etc,andemergencyrescuestaffnamelist,phonenumbersandrescue

vehicles.

试压现场设置警示牌、标识牌，必要时设置硬维护，安排监护人员看护，严禁无关人员进入现场。

isnecessarytoavoidirrelevantpersonnelaccessingwithoutpermits.

作业过程中，每名员工有权利且有义务对不安全行为“叫停”。

操作人员必须听从统一的指挥，不得随意开/关阀门。

检查用于施工的电源线应完好无损，布置合理，固定牢固。

Checkandensuretheconstructionpowerlinesareintact,reasonablyarrangedandstablyfixed.

在试压进水口及排水口应设置警戒线和警示牌。试压现场应安排巡线员进行线路巡查。

Warninglinesandsignsshouldbesetinwaterinletsandoutletsofhydraulictests,andfull-timeline

attendantshallbearrangedtocheckhydraulictestingsites.

试压过程中，发现有泄漏现象时，不得紧固法兰和对焊口进行焊接工作，应在管道内压力泄出掉之后

进行。严禁带压作业。

Duringhydraulictest,ifanyleakageishappening,operatorcannotfastenflangesnorweldjointsuntilinner

pipepressureisreleased.Operationunderpressureisforbidden.

试压时，应保证以试压管段为中心，两侧50米为警戒范围，管道两端警戒范围为50米。严禁管道泄

水口正对建筑、设备及人群等。

Duringhydraulictest,ensurethatpipesectiontobetestedshallbethecenterofthewarningareawith50

metersatbothsidesasthewarningarea.Thewateroutletisforbiddentofacebuildings,equipmentandthesky.

操作人员严禁正对阀门、盲板等进行操作，操作时应在侧面进行。

Operatorsareforbiddentooperatevalvesandblindplatesbyrightfacingthem.Theoperationshouldbe

carriedoutbytheside.

由于清管试压过程中存在较大的风险，因此，在清管试压过程中应配备足够的安全巡检员，在试压过

程24小时监控，操作办法可依据以往施工惯例，首尾两端由试压队人员负责警戒，沿线由项目部通知土

建人员进行安全布控，安全巡检主要是禁止在清管试压过程中进行管道的其他无关作业，如防腐、砌堡坎

等，一般每2・3km可设一名安全巡检。

monitoringduringpiggingandhydraulictests.Theoperationsmethodscouldfollowpreviousconstruction

conventions.Testingteamshallberesponsiblefbrwarningatbothends,andcivilpersonnelshallbenoticedby

theprojectdepartmentfbrsafeGAcontrolalongthesite.SafeGAinspectorsareresponsiblefbrbanningirrelevant

workinpiggingandhydraulictest,suchasanti-corrosion,buildretainingwall,etc.OnesafeGAinspectorshallbe

deployedevery2-3km.

上水汇管，排水汇管以及进气汇管，排气汇管应遵循尽量将设备靠近主管线的原则，以此减少汇管距

离，降低安全风险。针对上水、排水、进气等未回填位置，应先根据其作用，进行相应等级的试压，检测

是否存在泄露等风险，并应用土方将其压实，减少其抖动造成的风险。

Waterfeedingheaderpipes,drainageheaderpipes,intakeheaderpipesandexhaustheaderpipesshouldbeas

faraspossibleclosetothemainpipesoastoreducetheheaderpipedistanceandreducethesafeGArisk.For

waterfeeding,drainageandintakepositionswhicharenotbackfilled,correspondinglevelsofhydraulictestsshall

beconductedaccordingtofunctions,soastotestwhethertherearetherisksofleakage,etc.,andearthshallbe

usedfbrcompactingtoreducetheriskcausedbyvibration.

夜间试压需有良好的照明。巡视人员需俩人结伴同行，特别留意陡坡陡坎上风险。

Adequatelightingshallbeequippedduringnighttime.Applybuddysystemfbrmonitorstaff,andpay

attentiontotheriskidentificationatsteepslope.

由于试压是24小时连续作业，夜间的照明措施也极为重要，应在设备操作区设置3盏1KW防水碘鸨

灯，从设备到主管线的距离每20米设置1盏1KW防水碘鸨灯。其他安全巡检员可配备射程0-100米高性

能led手电筒，以此保证夜间照明。

Ikwwaterproofiodine-tungstenlampsshouldbesetinequipmentoperationarea,andonesuchlampshallbeset

every20metersfromtheequipmenttothemainpipe.OthersecuriGAinspectorscanbeequippedwith0-100

metershighperformanceledflashlighttoensurethenightlighting.

在强度试压期间，为避免管线附近（特别是靠近公路处，如公路穿越等）无关人员及车辆靠近，应尽

量将强度试压时间安排在晚上作业，并且专人看守主要路口。

Inthestrengthtestperiod,toavoidlinenearby（especiallynearthehighwayplace,suchashighwaycrossing,

etc.）theirrelevantpersonnelandvehiclenear,shouldasfaraspossibletostrengthtestworkingatnight,and

specialguardshallbewatchthemainroad.

2.6.应急救援EmergencyResponse

施工作业现场配备急救箱。

First-aidkitwillbeequippedinconstructionsites.

在施工中若发生紧急事件，按照《事故管理程序》・0000・HES・PCD・SC2・000・00014・00进行上报。

Ifemergencyhappensinconstruction,reportprocedurewillbeinaccordancewithAccidentManagement

Procedure-0000-HES-PCD-SC2-000-00014-00.

如遇到任何医疗、安保意外或安全事件、事故，工作人员应按照相关程序联系以下人员。联系人先后

顺序的选择应本着对处理事件或伤者最有利的方式。

Workersshallcontactfollowingpersonnelinaccordancewithcorrespondingproceduresifanyunexpected

medical,securiGAincidentsoraccidentshappen.Thesequenceofcontactshallbebasedonthebestinterestof

handlingtheincidentsortheinjured.

应急救援按照《应急总预案》-0000-HES・PLN・SC2-000-00001-00执行。

SC2-000-00001-00.

3.培训和人员资质TRAININGANDCOMPETENCYOFPERSONNEL

•承包商应对方案里描述的工作执行情况负责。

CONTRACTORshallberesponsibleforexecutionoftheactivitiesdescribedinthisMethodStatement.

•承包商为所有人（包括其分包商人员）提供所有的监督人员和必要的HSE培训。并且按照所有人

员在进场施工前都必须经过入场训且合格。

•CONTRACTORshallprovideallSupervisors,therequiredHSEtrainingtoallpersonnelincluding

SUBCONTRACTORpersonnel.AllpersonnelshallhaveanHSEPassportpriortomobilizationtosite.

•特殊工种作业人员必须取得相应工作的资质证件，且报审合格，如压缩机操作手需取得相应资质

的人员担任。

qualifiedinverificationbeforework.Forexample,compressoroperatorsshouldgetcorresponding

•操作人员进场施工前应参加的HSE培训，并取得相关证件。

•为了提高所有人员的环保意识，将进行班前讲话和必要的培训课程。

4.工艺PROCESS

4.1.试压前管道系统应具备的条件Preconditionsrequiredforpipingsystembeforehydraulictest

1）通球扫线试压段的焊接、无损检测、焊口返修、焊口热处理、防腐和回填等工作已完成。

Weldconnection,NDTandrepairs,PWHT,coatingandbackfillingofthepiggingsectionstobetestedhave

beenfinished.

注：清管不要求先做回填。

试压包内包含的工作应已完成并通过审核。试压包包括内容见附件4。

2）试验用压力表已经过校验，符合要求；合格证复印件包含在相关试压包里。

3）包括清管和测径，试压以及全线清管的吹扫试压方案已经批准并经过了技术交底。

approvedandrelevanttechnicalclarificationhasbeendone.

4）试压前，施工单位进行一次全面检查，自检合格后报审，由监理、及施工单位进行联合检查，确

认合格后再进行吹扫、试压。

SupervisionCompanyandfbrinspectionafterself-inspectionisqualified;thenSupervisionCompany,and

testshallbeconducted.

5）试压用机具、设备、材料等已准备齐全。

6）有符合要求的排水通道及管内泄压空气的放空空间。

7）螺栓的紧固已确认。封头的焊接采用通过批准的WPS并且符合无损检测的要求。

8）有可靠的切断和加压控制系统及压力、温度测量仪表。

4.2.试压介质HydraulicTestMedium

管段试压介质采用洁净水。

Applypurifiedwaterasmediumfbrhydraulictest.

本次试压根据实际情况采用就地取水的方式，取水点有2个，在前河和塔河，GB270桩和GB080,水

源需进行水质检验。

Localwaterortankerwatertransportationisadoptedaccordingtoactualconditions.Takelocalwaterfrom

QianheandTahe,stakeGB270andGB080,thewaterqualiGAinspectionisrequired.

水质检验合格的标准为PH值在6〜9之间，盐分含量W2000毫克/升，总悬浮物W50毫克/升。

ThequalifiedstandardofwaterqualiGAtestrequiresPHbetween6and9,saliniGAnomorethan2000mg/l,

sumofsuspendedsubstance<50mg/L

当采用洁净水作为强度试验介质时，环境温度应在5℃以上，否则应采取防冻措施。

Whenpurifiedwaterisappliedasmediumfbrhydraulictest,theambienttemperatureshallbeabove5℃,or

antifreezemeasuresshallbetaken.

4.3.主要设备和材料的准备Mainequipmentandmaterialpreparation

1）空气压缩机Aircompressor

清管作业时，根据公司资源情况，空压机从阿特拉斯移动式空压机XRVS976型（排气量为27.6m3/min,压

力2.5MPa）,XRVS836型（排气量为27m3/min,压力1.2MPa）,英格索兰P600（排气量为13m3/min,压力0.7MPa）

或英格索兰1070（排气量为30m“min,压力2.4MPa）中选用，数量1・2台。移动式空压机S-250/10型2台，每台

排气量10m3/min（压力25MPa）。

2）临时清管器发送装置Temporarypiglauncher

清管器收发装置由厂家定制，DN500管道的收发球筒设计压力2.5MPa。

Thepigreceiverandlauncherdeviceshouldbemadebyvender,thedesignpressureofDN500piglauncher

andreceiveris2.5MPa

3）试压头Pressurehead

本段线路试压需制做（p508x17.5mm试压头4个，（p508x20mm试压头2个。

a）试压头按照附图5.3-3进行制作。

b）在水压试验前，要彻底检修试压头，确保所有的垫片，0.形环，管件，阀门和组件无漏，无损，达

到所有的安全要求。对于不合格的阀门管件进行更换。

andassembliesarenotleakedordamaged,andmeetallstandards.Replaceunqualifiedonesifany.

c）在试压头试压前，必须单独对其进行强度和严密性试压，试压头严格按照线路最大强度的1.25倍

要求进行试压，强度试压时间30分钟，并得到旁站监理的认可，强度及严密性试压合格后方能循环使用。

5）清管器Pigs

a）直板清管器一■刚性主体，配备8片双向聚酯盘，钢丝刷和磁力清管器，清管器能安装追踪装置。

c）测径清管器--同直板清管器，但装有一个铝片。

水压强度试压设备可选用试压泵（橇装），该泵最大压力可达35MPa或小型电动升压泵3DY-1150/15,

3DY-7500/15及3DY-4500/20»

额定压力或更高压力下使用。

c）清管器收发装置需安装法兰盲板，便于快速装入或取出清管器时快速打开。可用普通焊接将法兰焊接
