RetirementReemploymentAgreement
ThisRetirementReemploymentAgreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[EffectiveDate],andbetween[Employer'sName],a[Employer'sJurisdiction]corporation,withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[Employer'sAddress](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employer"),and[Employee'sName],anindividualresidingat[Employee'sAddress](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employee").
1.PositionandDuties:
TheEmployerhereagreestoreemploytheEmployeeinthepositionof[PositionTitle],andtheEmployeehereacceptssuchreemployment,subjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.TheEmployee'sdutiesshallinclude[DescriptionofDuties],andanyothertasksreasonablyassignedtheEmployer.

TheEmployershallpaytheEmployeeamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount],payableinaccordancewiththeEmployer'sregularpayrollschedule.TheEmployeeshallbeeligiblefor[DescriptionofBenefits],subjecttothetermsandconditionsoftheEmployer'sbenefitplans.
4.WorkingHoursandLocation:
TheEmployeeshallwork[NumberofHours]perweek,attheEmployer'splaceofbusinesslocatedat[Employer'sAddress].TheEmployee'sworkscheduleshallbedeterminedmutualagreementbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployee.
5.Termination:
EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementatanytime,withorwithoutcause,uponwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Intheeventoftermination,theEmployeeshallbeendtoreceive[NoticePeriod]noticeorpaymentinlieuofnotice.
6.Confidentiality:
TheEmployeeagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofallproprietaryinformation,tradesecrets,andotherconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,bothduringandafterthetermofthisAgreement.
7.NonCompetition:

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthe[GoverningJurisdiction].
9.EntireAgreement:
ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,andrepresentations,whetherwrittenororal.

ThisRetirementReemploymentAgreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[EffectiveDate],andbetween[Employer'sName],a[Employer'sJurisdiction]corporation,withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[Employer'sAddress](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employer"),and[Employee'sName],anindividualresidingat[Employee'sAddress](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employee").
1.Parties:
ThepartiestothisAgreementaretheEmployerandtheEmployee.
2.TitleandOverview:
ThisAgreementisd"RetirementReemploymentAgreement"andaimstooutlinethetermsandconditionsofthereemploymentoftheEmployeefollowingtheirretirement.TheoverviewofthisAgreementisasfollows:

ThisAgreementisstructuredinaclearandlogicalmanner,witheachsectionflowingseamlesslyintothenext.ThelogicalprogressionoftheAgreementensuresthatbothpartiesfullyunderstandtheirrightsandobligations.

7.DetailedProvisionsandExplanations:
1.PositionandDuties:
1.1ReemploymentoftheEmployee:
1.1.1TheEmployeragreestoreemploytheEmployeeinthepositionof[PositionTitle].
1.1.2TheEmployeeacceptssuchreemploymentandagreestoperformthedutiesassociatedwiththeposition.
1.1.3TheEmployee'sdutiesshallinclude[DescriptionofDuties],aswellasanyothertasksreasonablyassignedtheEmployer.
1.1.4TheEmployeeshallreportdirectlyto[Supervisor'sName]oranyotherdesignatedsupervisor.
1.2PerformanceExpectations:
1.2.1TheEmployeeisexpectedtoperformtheirdutiestothebestoftheirabilityandinaprofessionalmanner.
1.2.3TheEmployeeshallattendallrequiredmeetings,trainingsessions,andothereventsasreasonablyrequestedtheEmployer.
1.2.4TheEmployeeshallpromptlyreportanyissuesorconcernstotheirsupervisorortheappropriateauthority.
1.3PerformanceEvaluation:
1.3.1TheEmployee'sperformanceshallbeevaluatedonaregularbasis,inaccordancewiththeEmployer'sperformanceevaluationprocess.
1.3.2TheEmployeeshallbeprovidedwithfeedbackontheirperformanceandareasforimprovement.
1.3.3TheEmployerreservestherighttotakeappropriateaction,includingbutnotlimitedtocounseling,training,ortermination,intheeventofunsatisfactoryperformance.
1.3.4TheEmployeeshallhavetheopportunitytoprovideinputandaddressanyconcernsduringtheperformanceevaluationprocess.
2.TermofEmployment:
2.1CommencementandDuration:
2.1.2ThetermofthisAgreementmaybeextendedmutualagreementoftheparties,subjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthherein.
2.1.3Intheeventoftermination,theEmployeeshallbeendtoreceive[NoticePeriod]noticeorpaymentinlieuofnotice.
2.1.4TheEmployee'sreemploymentshallbeonanatwillbasis,andeitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementatanytime,withorwithoutcause.
2.2CompensationandBenefits:
2.2.1TheEmployershallpaytheEmployeeamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount],payableinaccordancewiththeEmployer'sregularpayrollschedule.
2.2.2TheEmployeeshallbeeligiblefor[DescriptionofBenefits],subjecttothetermsandconditionsoftheEmployer'sbenefitplans.
2.2.3TheEmployeeshallbeendto[NumberofDays]paidtimeoffperyear,inaccordancewiththeEmployer'spoliciesandprocedures.
2.2.4TheEmployeeshallbereimbursedforallreasonableandnecessaryexpensesincurredintheperformanceoftheirduties,subjecttotheEmployer'sexpensereimbursementpolicy.
