WHEREAS,theEmployerisengagedin[NatureofBusiness]andrequiresskilledlaborforitsoperationsabroad;

WHEREAS,theEmployeepossessesthenecessaryskillsandqualificationsforthepositionof[JobTitle]anddesirestoworkabroad;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.PositionandDuties

TheEmployeragreestoemploytheEmployeeinthepositionof[JobTitle],andtheEmployeeacceptssuchemployment.TheEmployeeshallperformthedutiesandresponsibilitiesassociatedwiththeposition,asoutlinedinAppendixAattachedhereto.

2.TermofEmployment

ThetermofthisContractshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[Duration],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

3.CompensationandBenefits

TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithamonthlysalaryof[Currency][Amount],payableinaccordancewiththeEmployer'sstandardpaymentpractices.Inadditiontothesalary,theEmployeeshallbeentitledtothefollowingbenefits:

a)Accommodation:TheEmployershallprovidesuitableaccommodationfortheEmployee,oranaccommodationallowanceasspecifiedinAppendixB.

b)Transportation:TheEmployershallprovideairfarefrom[HomeCountry]to[CountryofEmployment]andreturn,uponcompletionoftheContract.

c)Insurance:TheEmployershallprovidemedicalinsurancecoveragefortheEmployee,asperthetermsandconditionsoutlinedinAppendixC.

4.WorkingHoursandLeave

TheEmployeeshallwork[NumberofHours]perweek,asspecifiedinthelocallaborlawsof[CountryofEmployment].TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtoannualleaveaspertherelevantlawsandregulationsofthecountryofemployment.

5.Confidentiality

TheEmployeeshallmaintainstrictconfidentialitywithrespecttoanyproprietaryinformation,tradesecrets,oranyotherconfidentialinformationobtainedduringthecourseofemployment.ThisobligationshallsurvivetheterminationofthisContract.

6.Termination

ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartybyproviding[NoticePeriod]writtennotice.Incaseofterminationforcause,theterminatingpartyshallprovideadetailedexplanationofthegroundsfortermination.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Country].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughnegotiationsbetweentheparties.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedamicably,itshallbereferredtoarbitrationin[Country],inaccordancewiththerulesofthe[ArbitrationInstitution].
