1.电力机车与其它类型机车相比其主要优点:①单机功率大:由于机车上没有牵引用的能源(发动机及其燃料),使得同等机车功率下机车重量轻;同等机车重量下机车功率大。②过载能力强(爬坡性能好):牵引电动机过载能力强,对坡道、气温、气压、缺水、高原地带都有较强的适应性。下坡道可方便地使用电阻制动或再生制动,提高列车下坡的平均速度(维持“限速”下坡),从而提高铁路线上困难区段的通过能力,提高运能。OverviewofElectricLocomotiveI.

二、电力机车的分类电力机车一般是按照电力机车的供电电流制及所采用的牵引电动机型式来分类。直流与交流制供电的电气化铁道上使用的电力机车分别为直流电力机车和交流电力机车。

1.直流电力机车牵引运行时,由电网获得直流电、使直流牵引电动机工作,驱动机车运行。该机车结构简单,控制方便,易于维修,运用也比较可靠,而且容易实现再生制动。其缺点是接触网电压不高(一般为1500-3000V),送电距离受到限制、变电所数目多,接触网结构复杂、笨重。II.

Duringtractionoperation,fromthegridtoobtaindirectcurrent,theDCtractionmotorwork,drivelocomotiveoperation.Thelocomotivehastheadvantagesofsimplestructure,convenientcontrol,easymaintenance,reliableoperation,andeasyrealizationofregenerativebraking.Thedisadvantageisthecatenaryvoltagewhichisnothigh(generally15003000V),thetransmissiondistanceislimited;thesubstationnumberandcontactnetworkstructureiscomplicatedandbulky.

二、电力机车的分类2、交流电力机车按接触网的供电频率不同分为单相低频制和单相工频制两种。①单相低频电力机车的牵引电动机是单相整流子电机,机车直接从接触网获取单相低频(25Hz或162/3Hz)交流电使牵引电动机运转、机车牵引运行。这种供电系统的电压一般为11~15KV,有效地克服了直流制电力牵引的不足,而且单相整流子牵引电动机性能也适合铁路运输的要求。缺点是供电频率与工业用电不同,因而需要建造专用的发电厂,或在工业电力系统与铁道供电系统之间设置复杂的变频设备。2ACelectriclocomotiveAccordingtothepowersupplyfrequencyofthecontactnetwork,thepowersupplyfrequencyisdividedintotwotypes;singlephaselowfrequencysystemandsinglephasepowerfrequencysystem.①Tractionmotorofsingle-phaselow-frequencyissingle-phasecommutatormotor.Thelocomotiveobtainsthesingle-phaselowfrequency(25Hzor162/3Hz)alternatingcurrentdirectlyfromthecontactnetworktomakethetractionmotorrunandthelocomotivetractionrun.Thevoltageofpowersupplysystemis11~15KV,effectivelyovercomesthedisadvantagesofDCtractionpowersupplysystem,andthesingle-phasecommutatortractionmotorperformanceisalsosuitableforthedemandsofrailwaytransport.Thedisadvantageisthatthefrequencyofpowersupplyisdifferentfromthatofindustrialpower,soitneedstobuildadedicatedpowerplant,ortosetupcomplexfrequencyconversionequipmentbetweentheindustrialpowersystemandtherailwaypowersupplysystem.

二、电力机车的分类②单相工频交流制自五十年代以来,发展很快。最初的单相工频交流制使用的是整流器式电力机车,它由接触网受入单相交流电,经机车内的整流器整流后,供给直流(脉流)牵引电动机进行工作,接触网供电电压一般为20~25KV。这种机车既采用了高压交流供电,又采用了性能良好的直流牵引电机,且供电系统与工业系统频率相同,故具有更大的优越性②Single-phaseACfrequencysystemhasdevelopedrapidlysince50s.Theoriginalsystemisusedinsingle-phaseACrectifierelectriclocomotive.Itisfromthecatenaryintosingle-phasealternatingcurrenttosupplyDC(pulse)tractionmotortoworkafterrectificationinthelocomotiverectifier.ThepowersupplyvoltageofOCSisgenerally20~25KV.ThelocomotivenotonlyadoptsthehighvoltageACpowersupply,butalsohasagoodperformanceofDCtractionmotor,andthepowersupplysystemandindustrialsystemfrequencyisthesame,soithasgreatersuperiority.\

三、电力机车发展概况

我国电力机车的研制和生产从1958年开始,其发展可分为个阶段:

1.起步阶段(~70年代末):在仿制国外机车的基础上,生产出韶山型客货两用交直电力机车。

2.发展阶段(70年代末至80年代末):我国研制成功自己的相控电力机车,机车功率进一步提高,代表车型SS3、SS4型。其中,SS3electriclocomotive采用级间调压方式,SS4electriclocomotive则是我国自行研制的第一代全相控大功率电力机车。

3.提高阶段(自80年代末开始~今):在消化吸收引进机车技术的基础上,对已开发的机车进行了技术改造,并结合我国传统的牵引电机并联的主电路形式,相继开发SS5、SS8、SS6B、SS7等型号的电力机车。IIIDevelopmentofelectriclocomotivesChina'selectriclocomotivedevelopmentandproductionbeganfrom1958,itsdevelopmentcanbedividedintostages:

2.Developmentstage(late1970stothelate1980s):Chinahasdevelopeditsownphasecontrolelectriclocomotive,furtherimprovedlocomotivepower,representativemodelswereSS3,SS4.Amongthem,SS3electriclocomotivesusedinter-stagevoltageregulator,SS4typeelectriclocomotiveisthefirstgenerationofallphasecontrolhigh-powerelectriclocomotivedevelopedbyChina.

3.Improvementstage(fromthelate80stothepresent):afterthedigestionandabsorptionofimportedlocomotivetechnology,thedevelopedlocomotivehasbeentechnicaltransformation,combinedwiththeformofthemaincircuitoftraditionaltractionmotor,ChinahasdevelopedSS5,SS8,SS6B,SS7andothermodelsofelectriclocomotives.

电力机车运行时,受电弓升起,从接触网上取得25KV单相工频交流电,通过主断路器进入牵引变压器,将接触网的高压交流电变为低压交流电,然后经过硅整流装置将交流电整成直流电,再经平波电抗器滤波后,供给牵引电动机。牵引电动机旋转带动车轴和车轮转动,由于轮轨间的粘着作用从而产生牵引力使列车前进。牵引电动机的转速不同,机车的运行速度就不同。电动机的转向改变,机车的运行方向也随之改变。牵引电动机还可做发电机运行,将列车运行的机械能变为电能,进行电阻制动。

III.Workingprincipleandcompositionofelectriclocomotive1.WorkingprincipleandcompositionofelectriclocomotiveWhentheelectriclocomotiveruns,thepantographrises,obtainsthe25KVsingle-phasepowerfrequencyalternatingcurrentfromthecontactline,andentersthetractiontransformerthroughthemaincircuitbreaker,andthehigh-voltagealternatingcurrentofthecontactnetworkischangedintolow-voltagealternatingcurrent,passesthesiliconrectifyingdevice,theACisrectifiedintodirectcurrent,andthepowersupplyissuppliedtothetractionmotorafterthefilteringofthesmoothingreactor.Thetractionmotorrotatestodrivetheaxleandthewheeltorotate,becauseoftheadhesionbetweenthewheelandrail,thetractionforcecausesthetraintomoveforward.Thespeedoftractionmotorisdifferent,andtherunningspeedofthelocomotiveisdifferent.Electricmotorchangesdirectionandtherunningdirectionofthelocomotivearechanged,too.Thetractionmotorcanalsobeusedasageneratortorun,andthemechanicalenergyofthetraincanbechangedintoelectricenergy,andtheresistancebrakingiscarriedout.

第二节电力机车工作原理及其组成2、电力机车的组成电力机车是由机械部分、电气部分和空气管路三部分组成的。机械部分包括车体、转向架、车体和转向架的连接装置和牵引缓冲装置。电气部分包括机车上的各种电气设备及其连接导线。电气设备主要有受电弓、主断路器、牵引变压器、硅整流装置、平波电抗器、牵引电动机和制动电阻柜等。为了保证机车的正常运行,机车上还有许多辅助电气设备和控制电器。空气管路系统包括空气制动机管路系统、控制气路系统和辅助气路系统三部分,分别实现机车的空气制动、机车上各种设备的风动控制,并向各种风动器械供风。

2. CompositionofelectriclocomotiveTheelectriclocomotiveiscomposedofthreeparts,whicharethemechanicalpart,theelectricpartandtheairpipe.Machinepartincludescarbody,bogie,connectiondeviceandtractionbufferdeviceofcarbodyandbogie.Theelectricalpartincludesallkindsofelectricalequipmentonthelocomotiveandtheconnectingwire.Theelectricalequipmentmainlyhasthepantograph,themaincircuitbreaker,thetractiontransformer,thesiliconrectifyingdevice,theflatwavereactor,thetractionmotorandthebrakeresistancecabinetandsoon.Inordertoensurethenormaloperationofthelocomotive,therearemanyauxiliaryelectricalequipmentandcontrolelectricalequipmentonthelocomotiveTheairpipesystemincludesthreeparts,theairbrakepipesystem,pneumaticcontrolsystemandauxiliarygassystem,whichhelptorealizepneumaticairbrake,locomotiveonvariousequipmentcontrol,andairsupplytoallkindsofpneumaticequipment.

第三节电力机车的基本参数(二)速度机车牵引一定重量的车列运行时,在同一功率下,其速度随线路纵断面的变化而变化,其中特征速度有三个,即:

1、机车最大运用速度:是设计机车时给定的最大速度,根据这个速度确定走行部的结构和参数,校验曲线通过以及选用制动方式等。

2、机车计算速度:机车牵引规定重量的车列通过限制坡道的最低运行速度称为机车计算速度。或者说,用以计算机车牵引重量的速度叫做机车计算速度。

3、机车的持续速度:机车在全功率工况下,其冷却装置的能力所能容许的持续运行的最低速度叫机车的持续速度。对电力机车来说,机车持续速度是指机车在全功率下,以持续电流工作时的机车速度。2SpeedUnderthesamepower,thespeedvarieswiththechangeofthelongitudinalsectionoftherailway,andtherearethreecharacteristicsofspeed.①Locomotivemaximumspeed:Thedesignofthemaximumspeedofthelocomotiveisaccordingtothisspeedandparametersoftheline,thecalibrationcurve,aswellasthechoiceofbraking.②

Locomotivecalculationspeed:TheminimumoperatingspeedoftherampthatLocomotivetractionprovidesfortheweightofthetrainthroughtherestrictedrampisknownasthelocomotivecalculationspeed.③Thecontinuousspeedofthelocomotive:theminimumspeedofthecontinuousrunningofthelocomotiveunderthefullpowercondition,whichisallowedbythecoolingdevice,isthespeedofthelocomotive.Forelectriclocomotive,thelocomotivespeedisthespeedofthelocomotiveinthewholepower,inordertocontinuethecurrentoperationofthelocomotive.

第三节电力机车的基本参数(三)牵引力电力机车的三个特征牵引力系指起动牵引力、计算牵引力和持续牵引力。

1、起动牵引力:机车起动时所能发出的最大牵引力叫起动牵引力。为防止车轮发生空转,起动牵引力要低于起动时的粘着牵引力,同时起动牵引力要保证列车能在限制坡道上起动。对电力机车来说,起动牵引力也可能受起动电流的限制。

2、计算牵引力:在全功率工况下,对应机车计算速度下的牵引力称为计算牵引力。计算牵引力受计算速度下的机车粘着的限制。

3、持续牵引力:机车在全功率工况下运行时,对应持续速度的牵引力称为持续牵引力。3.TractionforceThreecharacteristicsoftheelectriclocomotivetractionsystemrefertothestartingtraction,calculatedtractionandsustainedtraction.①

Startingtraction:Themaximumtractionforcethatcanbeissuedatthestartofthelocomotiveiscalledthestartingtractionforce.Topreventthewheelidling,startingtractiveforceislowerthantheadhesionwhenstartingtraction,whilestartingtractiveforceshouldensurethetraincanstartintheramplimit.Forelectriclocomotive,thestartingtractionforcemayalsobelimitedbythestartingcurrent.②

Calculatedtraction:Infullpowerconditions,thecorrespondinglocomotivespeedoftractioniscalculatedasthetractionforce.Calculatingtractionislimitedbythelocomotivestickingatthecalculatedspeed.③Sustainedtraction:Locomotiverunningatfullpowerconditions,thecorrespondingsustainedtractionforceiscalledcontinuoustraction.

中国最早使用电力机车在1914年,是抚顺煤矿使用的1500V直流电力机车。1958年中国成功地生产出第一台电力机车,从采用引燃管整流器到硅整流器,机车性能不断改进和提高,到1968年制成韶山l型(SS1型)131号时已基本定型。截止到1989年停止生产,SS1electriclocomotive总共制造了926台,成为中国电气化铁路干线的首批主型机车。1966年SS2型机车制成,1978年研制成功的SS3型机车,不仅改善了牵引性能,还把机车的小时功率从4200kW提高到4800kW,截止到1997年底,共生产了987台,成为中国第二种主electriclocomotive。1985年又研制成功了SS4型8轴货运电力机车,它是国产电力机车中功率最大的一种(6400kW),已成为中国重载货运的主型机车。第四节我国电力机车的发展

我国电力机车的发展以后又陆续研制成功了SS5、SS6和SS7electriclocomotive。1994年研制成功了时速为160km的准高速四轴电力机车等。至此,中国干线电力机车已基本形成了4,6,8轴和3200kW、4800kW和6400kW功率系列。1999年5月26日,中国株洲电力机车厂生产出第一台时速超过200km的DDJ1型“子弹头”电力机车(大白鲨),标志着中国铁路电力牵引已跻身于国际高速列车的行列Later,SS5,SS6andSS7electriclocomotivesweresuccessfullydeveloped.In1994,Chinasuccessfullydevelopedaspeedof160kmquasi-high-speedfour-axiselectriclocomotives.Atthispoint,theChinesetrunkelectriclocomotivehasbeenbasicallyformed4,6,8-axisand3200kW,4800kWand6400kWpowerseries.OnMay26,1999,ChinaZhuzhouElectricLocomotiveWorksproducedthefirstDDJ1"bullet"electriclocomotive(Jaws)

中国第一台干线铁路电力机车中国电力机车的研制开始于1958年。当时的铁道部田心机车车辆工厂,也就是现在的株洲电力机车工厂在协助湘潭电机厂制造工矿电力机车的同时,设计并试制铁路干线电力机车。1958年初,铁道部、第一机械工业部组织考察团赴苏联考察学习。当时,苏联基本定型的是使用20千伏工频单相交流制的Н60electriclocomotive,与中国决定采用的25千伏工频单相交流制不尽相同,于是对Н60electriclocomotive进行了大胆地技术改造,其中重大修改达78处。

1958年12月28日,中国第一台干线铁路电力机车试制成功,命名为6Y1型。“6”指机车有6根车轴(6对车轮),“Y”则是引燃管(一种整流方式)的“引”字汉语拼音首字母。机车持续功率3410kW,最高速度100km/h。

Shaoshan1electriclocomotive1968年,经过对6Y1型10年的研究改进,在中国半导体工业发展的条件下,将引燃管整流改为大功率半导体整流,试制出韶山1electriclocomotive,代号SS1。1969年开始批量生产,到1988年止,共生产826台。机车持续功率3780kW,最大速度90km/h,车长19400mm,轴式C0-C0,电流制为单相工频交流。韶山1electriclocomotive获全国科学大会奖。

韶山2electriclocomotive1966年,株洲电力机车研究所和株洲电力机车工厂开始韶山2electriclocomotive的设计工作,于1969年在株洲工厂设计试制出第一台机车试验车,代号SS2。采用高压侧调压开关32级调压,硅整流器整流,800kw,6级低压脉流牵引电动机,并大量采用了其他先进技术。后经两次改造,于1978年投入试运行。

SS2虽然由于个别技术不能配套,未能批量生产,但它为SS1机车改进,以及其他型号机车、动车的设计生产积累了宝贵经验。机车持续功率达到4620kW,最大速度100km/h,车长20000mm,轴式C0-C0,电流制为单相工频交流。Shaoshan2

韶山4B型干线货运电力机车,代号SS4B,技术参数与SS4基本相同。为实现干线货运机车简统化、系列化目标,进一步提高机车安全性、可靠性、互换性,根据铁道部科技函[1991]499号和[1992]239号文件,由株机厂和株洲所共同研制SS4B型8轴重载货运电力机车。该型机车是我国第三代(无级调压、交直传动)相控电力机车。遵循我国电力机车标准化、系列化、简统化的设计原则,继承SS4型、SS4G型机车的成熟技术,大量吸收消化国外8K、6K、8G、6G型等机车的先进技术。1995年12月SS4B型001号电力机车落成Shaoshan4BtrunkfreightelectriclocomotiveShaoshan4Btrunkfreightelectriclocomotive,codeSS4B,itstechnicalparametersarebasicallythesamewithSS4.

AccordingtotheMinistryofRailwaysScienceandTechnology[1991]499and[1992]No.239documents,SS4B8-axisheavy-loadfreightelectriclocomotivewasdevelopedbyZhuzhouelectriclocomotivefactoryandZhuzhouElectricLocomotiveResearchInstituteinordertoachievethegoalofsimplificationandserializationofmain-linefreightlocomotivestofurtherimprovelocomotivesafety,reliabilityandinterchangeability.
