甲方（以下简称“甲方”）：

根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及相关法律法规的规定，甲乙双方在平等、自愿、公平、诚实信用的原则基础上，就甲方向乙方提供车库设备回收服务事宜，达成如下协议：

第一条车库设备回收范围

1.1甲方同意将位于________（地址）的车库设备（具体设备清单详见附件1）全部回收给乙方。

第二条车库设备回收价格

第五条违约责任

5.1如甲方未能按照本合同约定的时间、地点提供设备，或所提供的设备不符合合同约定的质量标准，甲方应向乙方支付违约金，违约金为本合同回收价格的____%。

5.2如乙方未能按照本合同约定的时间支付回收款项，乙方应向甲方支付滞纳金，滞纳金为本合同回收价格的____%。

第六条争议解决

Article3:RecyclingTimeandMethod

Article4:ObligationsoftheParties

4.2PartyBshallpaytherecyclingpricetoPartyAinaccordancewiththetermsofthiscontract.

4.3PartyCshallactindependentlyandimpartiallytoinspectandverifytheequipmentandshallprovideawritteninspectionreporttoPartyAandPartyB.

Article5:BreachofContractLiabilities

5.1IfPartyAfailstoprovidetheequipmentattheagreedtimeandplaceortheequipmentprovideddoesnotmeettheagreedqualitystandards,PartyAshallpayaliquidateddamagesamountingto__%ofthecontractpriceasapenaltyforbreachofcontract.

5.2IfPartyBfailstomakethepaymentoftherecyclingpriceattheagreedtime,PartyBshallpaylatefeesamountingto__%ofthecontractpriceasapenaltyfordelay.

Article5:BreachofContractLiabilities
