1.EngagementofServices
1.1TheEmployerherebyengagestheservicesoftheEmployeeforthedurationofthisContract,startingfrom[StartDate]andendingon[EndDate](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"EmploymentPeriod").
1.2TheEmployeeagreestoperformtheservicesasspecifiedintheattachedJobDescription(AnnexA).
2.ScopeofWork
2.1TheEmployeeshallperformtheservicesasoutlinedintheJobDescription(AnnexA),whichincludesbutisnotlimitedto[ScopeofWork].
2.2TheEmployeeagreestocomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andpoliciesduringtheEmploymentPeriod.
3.CompensationandBenefits
3.1TheEmployeeshallbepaidamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"MonthlySalary").
3.2TheMonthlySalaryshallbepaidonthe[PaymentDate],subjecttotheEmployer'spaymentschedule.
3.3TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewiththefollowingbenefits:[ListofBenefits](AnnexB).
4.TerminationofEmployment
4.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupon[NoticePeriod]priorwrittennoticetotheotherparty.
4.2Intheeventoftermination,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeeanyaccruedbutunpaidsalaryandbenefitsuptothedateoftermination.
4.3TheEmployeeagreestoreturnallEmployerpropertyuponterminationofthisContract.
5.Confidentiality
5.1TheEmployeeagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofallconfidentialinformationobtainedduringtheEmploymentPeriod.
5.2TheEmployeeshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.
6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
6.2AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].
7.EntireAgreement
7.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,representations,andunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal.
7.2NoamendmentormodificationofthisContractshallbevalidunlessitisinwritingandsignedbybothparties.

2.2TheEmployeeagreestocomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andpoliciesduringtheEmploymentPeriod.
2.3TheThirdPartyshallensurethattheEmployeehasaccesstoallnecessarytools,equipment,andinformationtocarryouttheserviceseffectively.
3.CompensationandBenefits
3.1TheEmployeeshallbepaidamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"MonthlySalary").
3.2TheMonthlySalaryshallbepaidonthe[PaymentDate],subjecttotheEmployer'spaymentschedule.

4.1TheEmployerreservestherighttomonitortheEmployee'sperformanceandprogressduringtheEmploymentPeriod.
4.2TheEmployershallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractimmediatelyintheeventofamaterialbreachoftheEmployee'sobligations.
4.3TheEmployershallhavetherighttorequiretheEmployeetoundergoperiodicperformancereviews.
5.ThirdParty'sObligationsandRights
5.1TheThirdPartyshallensurethattheEmployeeisprovidedwithappropriatetraining,support,andresourcesnecessaryforthesuccessfulcompletionoftheservices.
5.2TheThirdPartyshallberesponsibleforanydamagesorliabilitiesarisingfromthefailuretoprovidesuchsupport.
5.3TheThirdPartyshallhavetherighttoreceivepaymentfortheservicesprovidedtotheEmployerandtheEmployee.
6.Employee'sObligationsandLimitations
6.1TheEmployeeagreestoperformtheserviceswithduediligenceandinaccordancewiththehigheststandardsofprofessionalconduct.
6.2TheEmployeeshallnotengageinanyactivitiesthatmayconflictwiththeEmployer'sinterestsortheinterestsoftheThirdParty.
6.3TheEmployeeagreesnottodiscloseanyconfidentialinformationobtainedduringtheEmploymentPeriodtoanyunauthorizedthirdparties.
7.TerminationofEmployment
7.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupon[NoticePeriod]priorwrittennoticetotheotherparty.
7.2Intheeventoftermination,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeeanyaccruedbutunpaidsalaryandbenefitsuptothedateoftermination.
7.3TheEmployeeshallreturnallEmployerpropertyuponterminationofthisContract.
8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
8.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
8.2AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].
9.EntireAgreement

4.3TheEmployeeshallhavetherighttoasafeandhealthyworkingenvironment,asprovidedbytheEmployerandtheThirdParty.
5.ThirdParty'sObligationsandRights
5.1TheThirdPartyshallprovidetheEmployeewiththenecessaryresources,tools,andsupporttoperformtheserviceseffectively.
5.2TheThirdPartyshallhavetherighttoreceivecompensationfortheresourcesandservicesprovidedtotheEmployee.
5.3TheThirdPartyshallhavetherighttoprovideinputontheEmployee'sperformanceandworkprocess.
6.Employer'sObligationsandLimitations
6.1TheEmployershallensurethattheEmployeereceivestheagreed-uponcompensationandbenefits.
6.2TheEmployershallnotunreasonablyinterferewiththeEmployee'sworkordemandadditionaltasksoutsidethescopeoftheContract.
6.3TheEmployershallbeliableforanybreachoftheContract,includingbutnotlimitedtonon-paymentofcompensationorbenefits.
7.TerminationofEmployment
7.1TheEmployeemayterminatethisContractupon[NoticePeriod]priorwrittennoticetotheEmployer.
7.2TheEmployermayterminatethisContractforcause,upon[NoticePeriod]priorwrittennoticetotheEmployee.
