5.DutiesandResponsibilities
TheEmployeeshallperformhis/herdutiesandresponsibilitieswithduecareanddiligence,inaccordancewiththeEmployer'spolicies,procedures,andstandards.TheEmployee'sspecificdutiesandresponsibilitiesshallbeoutlinedinaseparatejobdescription,whichisattachedheretoasExhibitA.
6.ConfidentialityandNon-Compete
6.1Confidentiality
TheEmployeeagreestokeepconfidentialanyandallconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedtotradesecrets,businessplans,customerlists,andanyotherinformationthatmaybedeemedconfidentialbytheEmployer.
6.2Non-Compete
TheEmployeeagreesnottoengageinanybusinessactivitythatdirectlyorindirectlycompeteswiththeEmployerduringandforaperiodof___________(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Non-CompetePeriod")followingtheterminationofthisContract.
7.TerminationofEmployment
7.1TerminationbyEitherParty

6.2DisputeResolution

7.Employee'sRightsandObligations
7.1CompliancewithPolicies
TheEmployeeshallcomplywiththeEmployer'spoliciesandproceduresatalltimes.Failuretodosomayresultindisciplinaryaction,includingterminationofemployment.
7.2Confidentiality
TheEmployeeagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofanyandallconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedtotradesecrets,businessplans,andcustomerlists.
