2.TermoftheContract

3.RentandPayment

4.LandUseandCultivation

6.Insurance

TheGrowershallobtainandmaintain,atitsownexpense,comprehensivegeneralliabilityinsurancecoveringthecultivationactivitiesontheLand,namingtheOwnerasanadditionalinsured.

7.Termination

ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupontheoccurrenceofanyofthefollowingevents:

a)FailureoftheotherpartytocomplywithanymaterialtermorconditionofthisContract;

b)Breachofanywarrantyorrepresentationmadebytheotherparty;

c)Insolvencyorbankruptcyoftheotherparty;

d)Anyothereventthat,inthereasonableopinionoftheterminatingparty,constitutesamaterialbreachofthisContract.

8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].
