(3)AttendmeetingsandtrainingsessionsasrequiredbytheClub;

3.TermoftheContract

4.Compensation

7.TerminationandLiability

(1)EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupontheoccurrenceofanyofthefollowingcircumstances:

a.TheContractorviolatestheprovisionsofthisContract;

b.TheClubencountersseverefinancialdifficultiesandisunabletocontinuetheoperationoftheClub;

c.BothpartiesmutuallyagreetoterminatethisContract.

(2)Incaseoftermination,theContractorshallreturnallthepropertyprovidedbytheClubtotheClubandcompensatetheClubforanylossesincurredduetothetermination.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.AnydisputesarisingfromtheperformanceofthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiations.Ifthenegotiationsfail,eitherpartymayfilealawsuitwiththePeople'sCourthavingjurisdictionoverthematter.
