1Scope

Thisdocumentdefinesthetermsanddefinitionsofsugaredfruits,andspecifiestheoperationrequirements,processingsites,packagingmaterialsandtransportationofsugaredfruits.

Thisdocumentappliestothecoldchaintransportofsugaredmango,pineapple,jackfruitandotherfruitsfromASEANcountriesintoChinabyseaorlandtransport.

3Termsanddefinitions

Forthepurposesofthisdocument,thefollowingtermsanddefinitionsapply.

3.1

Semi-finishedproductsmadeoffreshripemangoes,pineapples,jackfruitsandotherfruitsasrawmaterials,cleaned,peeled,pitted,sliced,sugaredandleached,andthenaddedwith

whitesugarandfoodadditives.

4Requirementsforoperation

4.1Requirementsforenvironment

Thetemperatureofsugarleachingpackagingroomshouldnotbehigherthan15℃,andthesanitaryconditionsshallmeettherequirementsofGB14881.

4.2Requirementsforpackaging

4.2.1Packingbag

Thethicknessoftheplasticbagshouldbe0.05mm-0.1mm,withoutexternalmoistureandotherforeignmatters,andthequalityshallmeettherequirementsofGB4806.7.

4.2.2Packingboxes(baskets)

Itisrecommendedtouseplasticboxes(baskets)withpressureresistance,airpermeability,easyhandlingandstablestacking,whichshallmeettherequirementsofGB/T5737.

4.2.3Marking

Thepackingboxes(baskets)shallbemarkedwithproductname,productionbatchnumber,

producername,placeoforigin,specificationsandpackingdate,etc.Thewritingonthemarkingshallbeclear,completeandaccurate.ThestorageandtransportationpictorialmarkingshallconformtotherequirementsofGB/T191.

4.3Leachingpackage

Separatethematerialfromthesugarsolution,andtheoperationtimeshouldnotexceed5min.Puttheleachedmaterialintoapackingbag,evenlydustthesurfacewithwhitesugar,

theweightofwhichis20%oftheweightofthematerial,andthensealthebagwithplasticbelts,andsealthebox(basket).Operationtimeofthepackingshouldnotexceed10min.WhitesugarshallmeettherequirementsofGB/T317.

5Transport

5.1Requirementsfortransportequipment

Transportequipmentshallbeclean,non-toxic,harmless,noodor,nopollution,andtheinnerwallshallbeflatandsmooth.Itshallbeequippedwithabnormalalarmfunctionofautomatictemperaturerecordingequipmentorremotedatamonitoringequipment,andbeabletomonitorandrecordthetemperatureinsideduringtransportinrealtime.Thetransportequipmentcompartmentshallbepre-cooledinadvancebeforeloading,sothatthetemperatureofthecompartmentcanreach5℃-8℃.

5.2Loading

5.2.1Itisrecommendedtouseenclosedplatformsanddoorcoversealingdevicesdockingwithtransportequipmentforloading.

5.2.2Thestackingshallbeorderlyandstableandarrangedaccordingtothedirectionofaircirculationinthecarriage.Theheightofthecargostackshouldnotexceed6layers.Thespacebetweenthecargostackandthefourwallsofthetransportcarriageshouldbehigherthan10cm,andthedistancebetweenthecargostackandthetopofthecarriagesho
