3.PriceandPayment

5.ForceMajeure

5.1NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,war,strikes,labordisputes,governmentactions,andunforeseenevents.

6.Confidentiality

6.1Thepartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyandallinformation,includingtechnical,commercial,andbusinessinformation,disclosedbyeitherpartytotheotherpartyduringthetermofthisContract.

7.Termination
