I.Standardsubstances（一）药品标准物质的概念

(I)Conceptofdrugstandardsubstances1药品标准物质Drugstandardsubstances药品标准物质，是药品检验中使用的实物对照物质，具有确定特性量值，用于校准设备、评价测量方法或者给供试药品赋值的物质，包括标准品、对照品、对照药材、参考品等。在药品检验中，它是确定药品真伪优劣的对照，是控制药品质量必不可少的工具。

(I)Conceptofdrugstandardsubstances2生物标准物质Biologicalstandardsubstances生物标准物质是用于那些不能用化学或物理量表示强度，而只能用生物方法测定效价的品种。它是在用生物方法进行检验时，使其表示的效价或活性在不同地点、不同条件、不同操作者得出相对一致性结果的一种工具。只有当被测物质纯度高，结构清楚，用理化方法控制质量分析的条件成熟后，该品种的化学测定用标准物质才应建立，生物标准物质才因完成其使命而被停用。

I.Standardsubstances（二）生物标准物质效价单位的含义与效价的表示方法

(II)Meaningofthepotencyunitofabiologicalstandardsubstanceandtheexpressionofpotency目前生物标准品的生物活性统一采用世界卫生组织通用的国际单位（IU）或单位（u）表示方法。效价单位是生物检定中表达药物效力强弱或活性物质含量的一种公认的计量单位，每种对比用的标准品都有法定的效价单位的含义，以资统一。

Forexample:指能使一定条件的实验家兔血糖下降到45mg/100ml血所需胰岛素的最少量；

Referstotheminimumamountofinsulinrequiredtobringthebloodglucoseofexperimentalrabbitsundercertainconditionsdownto45mg/100mlofblood;1IU胰岛素

标准品是指用于生物检定、抗生素或生化药品中含量测定或效价测定的标准物质，以效价单位（u）或μg表示，如硫酸链霉素标准品、胰岛素标准品等。

Standardreferstothestandardsubstanceusedforthedeterminationofcontentorpotencyinbiologicalassay,antibioticsorbiochemicaldrugs,expressedintermsofpotencyunit(u)orμg,suchasstreptomycinsulfatestandardsubstance,insulinstandardsubstanceandsoon.对照品是指用于鉴别、检查、含量测定和校正检定仪器性能的标准物质，包括杂质对照品、鉴别对照品等，不包括色谱法中的内标物质，如水杨酸对照品、地高辛对照品等。

II.Testproducts供试品是供检定用的样品，可以是制剂，也可以是原料药或半成品，它的活性组分应与标准物质基本相同。按存在状态不同，供试品可分为固体供试品、半固体供试品和液体供试品等，检定时都需配制或稀释成一定浓度的供试液。各供试品所含活性成分的性质及制剂类别不同，供试液的制备方法亦各异，一般都需制备成与标准品溶液浓度相当的供试液。
