1.ScopeofWork

5.Insurance

TheSubcontractorshallberesponsibleforobtainingandmaintainingallnecessaryinsurancecoverageforthesubcontractedworkitems,includingbutnotlimitedtoliabilityinsurance,workers'compensationinsurance,andpropertyinsurance.

6.IndemnityandLiability

6.1Indemnity

TheSubcontractoragreestoindemnifyandholdharmlessthePrincipalContractor,itsemployees,agents,andsubcontractorsagainstanyandallclaims,liabilities,damages,orlossesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceofthesubcontractedworkitems.

6.2Liability

TheSubcontractorshallbeliableforanyandalldamages,losses,orinjuriescausedbytheSubcontractor'snegligence,fault,orfailuretocomplywiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

7.Confidentiality

Bothpartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyandallinformation,documents,anddataobtainedduringtheexecutionofthisContract.

8.ForceMajeure

Intheeventofanyforcemajeureevent,suchasnaturaldisasters,war,orgovernmentactions,whichpreventseitherpartyfromfulfillingitsobligationsunderthisContract,theaffectedpartymay,uponnotifyingtheotherpartyinwriting,beexcusedfromitsobligationsunderthisContract.

9.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
