1Introduction

Artificialintelligence(AI)isrevolutionizingtheworldatanunprecedentedpace,transformingindustriesandsocietiesinprofoundways.Therapidadvancementsintechnologiessuchasdeeplearning(DL),coupledwithbreakthroughsinalgorithms,computingpower,anddataaccumulation,havepropelledAIbeyondtheconfinesoflaboratoryresearchtobecomeadrivingforcebehindtechnologicalandindustrialchange.Asaresult,AIisreshapinglifestyles,productionmethods,andbusinessmodels,driving

humanityintoaneweraofprogressandinnovation.

AItechnologiesarerevolutionizingthedesignandutilizationofapplications.Forexample,intelligent

searchengines,poweredbynaturallanguageprocessing(NLP)andDL,arereplacingtraditional

keyword-basedmodels.Theseadvancedsearchenginesanalyzeuserintentandsemantics,going

beyondsimplekeywordmatching.Byutilizingtechnologiessuchasknowledgegraphs,theyoffermoreaccurate,context-aware,andpersonalizedsearchresults,greatlyenhancingtheuserexperience.

AItechnologiesarepropellingterminalstounprecedentedlevelsofintelligence.WithmorepowerfulAIcapabilitiesembeddedinterminalchipsandthedeepeningsynergybetweenterminalsandcloud-basedAI,AIsupporthasbecomeastandardofsmartdevices.IndustryleaderslikeMicrosoftandApplehaveincorporatedAIintotheirflagshipsmartterminals,drivingtheevolutionoftraditionaldevicesinto

AI-poweredintelligentterminals.ClassicmobilephonesarenowevolvingintoAI-enabledsmartphones,usingAIalgorithmstonotonlyenhancephotoandvideoqualitybutalsototransformvoiceinteractions.AIvoiceassistantscanunderstandcomplexsemantics,engageinmulti-turnconversations,execute

commandswithprecision,andeventranslatelanguagestoeliminatecommunicationbarriers.Moreover,AIterminalsareexpandingbeyondmobilephonestoincludeadiverserangeofdevices,suchas

glasses,vehicles,drones,andhumanoidrobots.ThesedevicesarebecomingcentralplatformsforAI,shiftingfrombasictoolstointelligentpartnersthatcanperceive,reason,andinteractwithusers.This

marksthebeginningofanewerainhuman-machineinteraction,reshapingterminalformsandunlockingcountlessnewapplicationscenarios.

Toseizetheopportunities,majorglobaltelecomoperatorsareactivelyincorporatingAIintotheir

ecosystems.AIisbecominganimportanttoolforimprovingoperationalefficiency,optimizingservicesandproducts,andelevatingcustomerexperiences.Forexample,inthelatterhalfof2023,AT&T

introducedAskAT&T,poweredbyChatGPT,tohelpwitheverydaytaskssuchascodingandcustomerservice.ThisinitiativeempowersemployeestotapintoAIforenhancedefficiencyandhigh-qualityuserservices.Similarly,TelefonicalaunchedtheTelefonicaTechGenAIPlatforminearly2025,designedtocreatecustomizablevirtualassistantsthatautomaterepetitivetasksandstreamlineinternalprocesses.VerizonhasdevelopedmultiplegenerativeAIapplications,includingaPersonalResearchAssistantthatimprovestheaccuracyofcustomerserviceresponses.DeutscheTelekomintroducedtheBusinessGPTtoolforenterprisecustomers,builtonMicrosoftAzure.Thistoolaimstoincreaseworkflowefficiency,

Inthefuture,AI-driventerminalswillvastlyenhanceuserexperiences,refinehuman-machine

interactions,andpropelthecommunicationsindustrytowardsafutureofintelligenceandubiquity.

3.1AISmartphones

In2024,theyearwasmarkedasthedawnofAIsmartphones,withallmainstreamsmartphonebrandslaunchingtheirrespectiveAI-poweredmodels.TheseAIsmartphonesintegratespecializedAIhardwareintotheirdevicesandincorporateAImodelsintheirsoftware.Theyemployedgedeployment,cloud
