4.Insurance

5.InspectionandQuality

a.NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,strikes,governmentactions,etc.

b.Intheeventofforcemajeure,theaffectedpartyshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyinwritingandprovideevidenceoftheoccurrenceofforcemajeure.

c.ThepartiesshalldiscussandreachanagreementontheextensionofthedeliverytimeorthecancellationoftheContractwithin[TimeLimit]aftertheoccurrenceofforcemajeure.

7.DisputeResolution

a.AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.
