injuredperson'sfamilyorfriendsaboutdetailsoftheinjuryorillness,andpreexistingconditions
suchasdiabetes(糖尿病)orhearttrouble.Thevictimshouldbecheckedfbramedicalcardthat
describesspecialmedicalcondiiions.Unlesstheaccideniscenebecomesunsafeorthevictimmay
