4.CompensationandBenefits

(2)TheEmployerceasestooperatethebusinessorterminatestheoperationofthedeliveryservice;

(3)TheEmployeeresignsfromthePosition;

(4)OthercircumstancesasmaybeagreeduponbybothParties.

5.2IntheeventofterminationofthisContract,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeethesalaryfortheunusedportionofthenoticeperiodorseverancepayasrequiredbyapplicablelawsandregulations.

6.Confidentiality

6.1BothPartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyandallconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedtotradesecrets,customerinformation,andbusinessplans.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthejurisdictioninwhichtheEmployerisincorporatedorregistered.

7.LimitationofLiability
