6.2TheEmployeeagreesnottoengageinanycompetingbusinessactivitiesduringthetermofthisContractandforaperiodof[Non-CompetePeriod]yearsfollowingtheterminationofthisContract.

Article7:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
