5.Payment

5.2TheEmployershallpaytheContractortheContractPriceininstallments,asagreeduponintheContract.

6.WarrantiesandIndemnities

6.1TheContractorwarrantsthattheworkperformedunderthisContractshallbefreefromdefectsandmeetthespecifications,drawings,andotherdocumentsprovidedbytheEmployer.

6.2TheContractorshallindemnifytheEmployeragainstanyclaims,losses,ordamagesarisingoutoftheContractor’sbreachofthisContract.

7.Termination

7.1ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

7.2UponterminationofthisContract,theEmployershallpaytheContractortheContractPrice,lessanydeductionsfordamagesorotherliabilities.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
