7.TerminationofEmployment

TheemploymentrelationshipbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployeemaybeterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreementortherelevantlawsandregulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreementthroughnegotiation,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtothePeople'sCourtof[City/Country]forjurisdiction.
