3.TheEmployerrepresentsandwarrantsthatthepositionofferedtotheEmployeeisagenuinejobofferandthattheEmployerhastheintentiontoemploytheEmployeeforthedurationofthisAgreement.

4.TheEmployeerepresentsandwarrantsthathe/shehasthenecessaryqualifications,skills,andexperiencetoperformthedutiesofthepositionoffered.

TERMSANDCONDITIONS:

1.EMPLOYMENT:

a.TheEmployeeishiredbytheEmployerasa[PositionTitle]ona[Full-Time/Part-Time]basis,subjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.

b.TheEmployeragreestoemploytheEmployeeforaninitialtermof[DurationofEmployment]fromthe[StartDate]tothe[EndDate],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

c.TheEmployermayrenewthisAgreementforadditionaltermsuponmutualagreementofbothparties.

2.DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

a.TheEmployeeshallperformthedutiesandresponsibilitiesassociatedwiththepositionofferedbytheEmployer,asmaybereasonablyassignedbytheEmployerfromtimetotime.

b.TheEmployeeshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andEmployer'spoliciesduringthecourseofemployment.

c.TheEmployeeshallmaintainconfidentialityofallconfidentialinformationreceivedduringthecourseofemployment.

3.COMPENSATIONANDBENEFITS:

a.TheEmployeeshallbepaidamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount]permonth,payableonthe[PaymentDate].

b.TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithallapplicablebenefitsaspertheEmployer'spolicies,includingbutnotlimitedtohealthinsurance,retirementbenefits,andpaidtimeoff.

4.TERMINATION:

b.TheEmployermayterminatethisAgreementimmediatelyuponwrittennoticetotheEmployeeforanyofthefollowingreasons:

ii.Breachofconfidentialityormisuseofconfidentialinformation.

iii.Anyothercausethatmayjustifyimmediatetermination.

c.UponterminationofthisAgreement,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeeanyandallearnedbutunpaidcompensationandbenefitsuptotheeffectivedateoftermination.

5.GENERALPROVISIONS:

a.ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployeeregardingthesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,andrepresentations,whetherwrittenororal.

b.ThisAgreementmaybeamendedormodifiedonlybyawrittenagreementexecutedbybothparties.

c.ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Country/City/State].

b.ThisAgreementmaybeamendedormodifiedonlybyawrittenagreementexecutedbyallparties.
