2025版本的汽车租赁协议英文版AutomobileRentalAgreement(2025Edition)ThisAutomobileRentalAgreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoonthisdayof,2025,byandbetween("Renter")and("Owner"),collectivelyreferredtoasthe"Parties"orindividuallyasa"Party".1.DefinitionsandInterpretationsForthepurposesofthisAgreement,thefollowingtermsshallhavethefollowingmeanings:"RentalTerm"shallmeantheperiodduringwhichtheRenterhastherighttousetheVehicle,asspecifiedinthisAgreement."StartDate"shallmeanthedateonwhichtheRenterisgrantedtherighttotakepossessionoftheVehicle."EndDate"shallmeanthedateonwhichtheRenterisrequiredtoreturntheVehicletotheOwner."Vehicle"shallmeanthemotorvehicledescribedinExhibitA,whichisattachedtothisAgreement."RentalCharges"shallmeanthefeesagreeduponbythePartiesfortheuseoftheVehicle,includingbutnotlimitedtodailyrentalfees,additionaldriverfees,andanyotherfeesspecifiedinthisAgreement."AdditionalServices"shallmeananyservicesprovidedbytheOwnerinconnectionwiththeRentalTerm,includingbutnotlimitedtodeliveryandcollectionoftheVehicle,provisionofadditionaldrivers,andprovisionofsupplementaryequipment.2.RentalTermTheRentalTermshallcommenceontheStartDateandshallcontinueuntiltheEndDate,unlessotherwiseagreeduponbythePartiesinwriting.TheRentershallhavetherighttorenewthisAgreementforanadditionalperiodunderthetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.3.DeliveryandCollectionoftheVehicleTheOwnershalldelivertheVehicletotheRenteratthelocationspecifiedinthisAgreementontheStartDate.TheRentershallreturntheVehicletotheOwneratthelocationspecifiedinthisAgreementontheEndDate.TheRentershallensurethattheVehicleisreturnedinthesameconditionasitwasreceived,reasonablewearandtearexcepted.TheOwnershallberesponsibleforensuringthattheVehicleisroadworthyandfitforuseatthecommencementoftheRentalTerm.4.ResponsibilitiesoftheRenterDuringtheRentalTerm,theRentershall:UsetheVehicleonlyinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.ReturntheVehicletotheOwnerontheEndDateinthesameconditionasitwasreceived,reasonablewearandtearexcepted.KeeptheVehicleinsuredinaccordancewiththerequirementssetforthinthisAgreement.BearallcostsassociatedwiththeuseoftheVehicle,includingbutnotlimitedtofuel,parking,tolls,andanyadditionalservicesrequestedbytheRenter.Complywithallapplicablelawsandregulations,includingbutnotlimitedtotrafficlaws,safetyregulations,andenvironmentalregulations.5.ResponsibilitiesoftheOwnerDuringtheRentalTerm,theOwnershall:EnsurethattheVehicleismaintainedingoodrepairandroadworthyconditionatalltimes.ProvidetheRenterwithavalidinsurancepolicycoveringtheVehicleduringtheRentalTerm,withcoveragelimitsasspecifiedinthisAgreement.BeavailabletoassisttheRenterincaseofanyemergenciesorissuesrelatedtotheVehicle.ProvidetheRenterwithadetailedinvoicefortheRentalChargesattheendoftheRentalTerm,unlessotherwiseagreeduponinwriting.6.FeesandPaymentsTheRentershallpaytheRentalChargestotheOwnerinaccordancewiththetermssetforthinthisAgreement.TheRentalChargesshallinclude,butshallnotbelimitedto:ThedailyrentalfeefortheVehicle.Anyadditionalfeesforextradrivers,supplementaryequipment,orotherservicesprovidedbytheOwner.AnyfeesincurredforlatereturnoftheVehicleorfordamagetotheVehiclebeyondnormalwearandtear.TheRentershallmakeallpaymentsinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsspecifiedinthisAgreement.AllpaymentsshallbemadeinthecurrencyspecifiedinthisAgreement,unlessotherwiseagreeduponinwriting.TheOwnershallissueaninvoicetotheRenterattheendofeachmonth,detailingallchargesincurredduringthatmonth.TheRentershallpayallinvoiceswithindaysofthedateofissuance.Anylatepaymentsshallincuralatefeeof%permonth,calculatedontheoutstandingamount.7.InsuranceTheOwnershallmaintainavalidinsurancepolicyfortheVehicleduringtheRentalTerm,withcoveragelimitsofatleastmilliondollarsforliabilityandmilliondollarsforcollisionandcomprehensivecoverage.TheRentershallberesponsibleforanydeductibleundertheinsurancepolicy,andshallreimbursetheOwnerforanyamountspaidbytheOwnerunderthepolicy.TheRentermaychoosetopurchaseadditionalinsurancecoverageattheirownexpense.8.AdditionalDriversIftheRenterwishestoaddadditionaldriverstotherentalagreement,suchdriversshallmeetthesamecriteriaastheprimarydriver,includingbutnotlimitedtoagerequirementsandvaliddriver'slicense.TheRentershallinformtheOwnerofanyadditionaldriversinwriting,andtheOwnershallissueawrittenconfirmationofsuchadditionaldrivers.AnyadditionalfeesforadditionaldriversshallbespecifiedinthisAgreement.9.TerminationandDefaultEitherPartymayterminatethisAgreementatanytimeupondayswrittennoticetotheotherParty,providedthatnoDefaultEventhasoccurred.ADefaultEventshallinclude,butshallnotbelimitedto:FailuretopayanyRentalChargeswhendue.FailuretoreturntheVehicleontheEndDate.AnyactoromissionbytheRenterthatresultsindamagetotheVehiclebeyondnormalwearandtear.AnyviolationofthetermsandconditionsofthisAgreementbytheRenter.IntheeventofaDefaultEvent,theOwnermay,inadditiontoterminatingthisAgreement,pursueanyandallremediesavailableatlaworinequity,includingbutnotlimitedtorecoveryofdamages,reclamationoftheVehicle,andrecoveryofanycostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeDefault.10.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthejurisdictioninwhichtheVehicleisregistered.AnydisputesarisingoutoforrelatedtothisAgreementshallberesolvedthrougharbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesof,orthroughthecourtsofthejurisdictioninwhichtheVehicleisregistered,asspecifiedinthisAgreement.11.EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof.Anyprioragreements,understandings,orrepresentationsbetweenthePartiesaresupersededbythisAgreement.AnyamendmentsormodificationstothisAgreementshallbeinwritingandsignedbybothParties.12.SeverabilityIfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.Theinvalidorunenforceableprovisionshallbereplacedwithaprovisionthatisvalidandenforceableandachievesthesamepurposeastheoriginalprovision.13.NoticesAllnotices,demands,orothercommunicationsrequiredorpermittedunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedtohavebeendulygivenwhen:Deliveredpersonally;orMailedbyregisteredorcertifiedmail,returnreceiptrequested,totheaddressspecifiedinthisAgreement.14.WarrantiesandDisclaimersTheOwnermakesnowarranties,expressorimplied,concerningtheconditionoftheVehicleoritssuitabilityforanyparticularpurpose.TheOwnershallnotbeliableforanyindirect,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesarisingoutoforrelatedtotheuseoftheVehicle.15.AssignmentTheRentershallnotassignortransferanyoftheirrightsorobligationsunderthisAgreementwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheOwner.TheOwnershallnotassignortransferanyoftheirrightsorobligationsunderthisAgreementwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheRenter.16.ForceMajeureNeitherPartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayinperformingtheirobligationsunderthisAgreementifsuchfailureordelayisduetoeventsbeyondtheirreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,war,riot,insurrection,epidemic,oranyothereventthatmakesperformanceimpracticalorimpossible.17.MiscellaneousThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwhich
