ct;乙方开始依法享受基本养老保险待遇的；PartyBbeginstoenjoybasicendowmentinsurancebenefitsinaccordancewiththelaw;乙方死亡，或者被人民法院宣告死亡或者宣告失踪的；ThedeathofPartyB,orPartyBisdeclareddeadormissingbythepeople'scourt;甲方被依法宣告破产的；PartyAisdeclaredbankruptinaccordancewiththelaw;甲方被吊销营业执照、责令关闭、撤销或者甲方决定提前解散的；PartyA'sbusinesslicenseisrevoked,itisorderedtoclosedown,revoked,orPartyAdecidestodissolveinadvance;法律法规规定的其他情形。Othercircumstancesstipulatedbylawsandregulations.八、保密和竞业限制VIII.ConfidentialityandNon-competition1.乙方对在工作过程中知悉的甲方商业秘密、技术秘密等负有保密义务。未经甲方书面同意，乙方不得向任何第三方披露、使用或允许第三方使用上述秘密。PartyBshallbeobligedtokeepconfidentialthebusinesssecrets,technicalsecrets,etc.ofPartyAthatareknownduringtheworkprocess.WithoutthewrittenconsentofPartyA,PartyBshallnotdisclose,useorallowanythird-partytousetheabove-mentionedsecrets.2.如乙方从事涉及甲方商业秘密的工作，双方可另行签订竞业限制协议，约定竞业限制的范围、期限、经济补偿等内容。IfPartyBisengagedinworkinvolvingthebusinesssecretsofPartyA,thetwopartiesmayseparatelysignanon-competitionagreementtostipulatethescope,term,economiccompensation,etc.ofnon-competition.九、违约责任IX.LiabilityforBreachofContract1.甲乙双方任何一方违反本合同约定，给对方造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。IfeitherPartyAorPartyBviolatestheprovisionsofthiscontractandcauseslossestotheotherparty,itshallbeartheliabilityforcompensation.2.乙方违反保密和竞业限制约定的，应当按照约定向甲方支付违约金，并赔偿甲方因此遭受的损失。IfPartyBviolatestheconfidentialityandnon-competitionagreements,itshallpayliquidateddamagestoPartyAinaccordancewiththeagreementandcompensatePartyAforthelossessufferedthereby.十、争议解决X.DisputeResolution甲乙双方在履行本合同过程中发生的争议，由双方协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权向有管辖权的劳动争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁，对仲裁裁决不服的，可以向人民法院提起诉讼。AnydisputesarisingbetweenPartyAandPartyBduringtheperformanceofthiscontractshallberesolvedthroughconsultationbetweenthetwoparties.Iftheconsultationfails,eitherpartyhastherighttoapplyforarbitrationtothelabordisputearbitrationcommitteewithjurisdiction.Ifeit
