reflectingstronginvestorinterestdespitebroadermacroeconomicheadwinds.

Privateequity(PE)remainedthedominantfundingchannel,accountingforUSD3.15billionacross48transactions,nearlyhalfoftheoverallinvestmentactivity.M&Avolumesincreasednotablyto36deals,althoughvaluesmoderatedtoUSD

619million,highlightingastrategicshifttowardmid-sizedconsolidationsandplatform-drivenacquisitions.
