REF_Ref164945318\r\h[55]。我们对BnaWOX45超量表达转基因拟南芥植株和野生型拟南芥的活性氧染色结果表明,活性氧的积累在BnaWOX45超量表达转基因拟南芥植株中显著增加,尤其是在主根和侧根的根尖区域。这一现象暗示了BnaWOX45基因可能通过调节根尖区域的活性氧水平来影响细胞的分化过程,从而影响根的生长。虽然这种作用机制的细节还未完全明了,但这一发现为进一步探究该基因如何控制植物根的生长提供了新的线索。6结论本研究对BnaWOX45基因功能进行了初步探究,具体结论如下:超量表达转基因拟南芥根长表型实验表明,BnaWOX45基因能够抑制植物主根的生长,并且这一效应受到磷缺乏信号的影响。根尖淀粉粒和活性氧染色结果显示,BnaWOX45基因通过降低根尖分生组织中干细胞的分化程度来负向调控主根的伸长。
